I went in today to drop off boxes that had pre-paid labels. When I arrived, the employee at the front said they could only use one label per box — which is obvious. I explained that I had four labels but only three boxes. At that point, he turned to the woman next to him and started laughing hysterically. I was completely confused about what was so funny and just stood there as they continued laughing.
He then told another employee that we had three boxes and four labels and kept laughing. That employee also told us we needed to take some items out and move them into another box so they could print all the labels at once. After I explained that the labels had four different barcodes, they finally printed them.
I did not appreciate being laughed at and having my time wasted. Please train your staff to use common sense and treat customers with respect.

Please train your employees on Amazon labeless returns. Went to drop off 2 packages that were all labeless returns via Amazon option which gives you a QR code to print out and take to the ups store for them to scan. I was denied drop off due to the misinformed individual at the counter saying I have to have a label. This is not okay.

I was trying to make a return to Amazon and the guy didn’t know what he was doing, he tried putting the address as my address for the return and then I had to explain it 6 different ways until he finally figured out what I was telling him. I also didn’t know that Amazon had already sent a paid shipping label to my wife, so they said the return was going to cost $140 dollars when the item I was returning cost about $160 dollars. What would be the point in returning it? I’m pretty sure that the computer says whether or not is a paid label or not. So by the end of my visit I didn’t get to send my package and now, unless Amazon sends another paid label, I’m going to have to pay for it out of my own pocket. Worst ups store I’ve ever been in, I’ll be driving to Etters to make my return because I can’t stand the customer service at this location. I’d give less stars if I could

The sad thing is you have no option to go to a different one they are not as close together as Starbucks.
Today I had to drop an item sold on EBay and I was locked in to UPS.
In this store was an experienced staffer and a newbie, the trainer felt she was best served doing a finger print thing . The newbie thought my item would be perfect in a box 3” too small.
Bottom line I lost 30 minutes of my life I will never get back. Find a different place to ship.

I came to this store on and off for years but never had an issue before until yesterday I came there with a personal item to return to a relative out of state I give them the item they picked out an bubble lining envelope to put it in and sealed it before me put the address label on it I paid for the envelope and for the shipment of the item I get a call from my relative that the package came, but nothing was in it so I paid for the shipment of an purchased but empty envelope,I just went there to see what went wrong or what can be done about it I guess the only option is to file a claim we will see if something will be done about it but this is unacceptable and something is fishy I don't like it things happen but this situation someone had to open the package and took the item and resealed it and sent it that way I believe nothing will be done about it a claim is easy to mask what is really going on😡 there is no reason for it I will see!

I have been coming to this location for the last several years for Amazon returns and other package mailing. Almost always either have no wait at all or a quick moving line. Very kind and incredibly helpful staff, efficient service, and get what I need accomplished without hassle.

Do not go here to get fingerprinting done. I had scheduled an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and made the drive to find out there was no certified technician available. The girl also said I should call in advance but shouldn't having an appointment signal that I will be coming? She also said she tried to call everyone scheduled to reschedule but I did not receive any phone call. So overall, very unprofessional do not come here for fingerprinting and maybe their other services too because of their poor customer service skills.
