“Got a used car here with my boyfriend. Owners were very nice and friendly. We were able to look at it and test dive. Small leak from the sunroof, when mentioned it was immediately taken care of. There is a warranty on the car but we were told if there were any issues at all down the line past warranty date to let them know. Very friendly small family owned business definitely will be going back if we're ever in need of a vehicle.”
“Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”
