Today is Tuesday, February 11, 2025. We have not had any mail delivery since Saturday, February 8, 2025. I have mail in my mailbox waiting to be picked up. I have two packages that should have been delivered by now. There is no way to reach the Lower Paxton Post Office. The phone number that is listed is no longer valid. I keep getting text messages that say there is no access to the delivery location. That is complete nonsense. Even though there is work going on you can get to our location. If my mail is not delivered today I am filing a complaint.

I wish I could give a lower score. Absolutely the worst unprofessional post office from the Post Master on down. Rude, lazy, extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Took months to get my mail and now that I moved out of the area they still haven’t forwarded any of my mail to my new address despite the fact I filled out the form and paid on the website. They are too lazy to answer a phone call.

Never enough staff - the lines here are consistently ridiculously long.
Jen is awesome, but other staff allows customers to come to the counter with packages that aren’t sealed, aren’t addressed, and definitely aren’t ready to go and they allow them to stand there and use the post office tape and supplies to put their items together while customers who are completely ready to go are forced to wait….and wait….and wait.
Employees will have conversations with customers while lines are loooong and allow them to take their time while others are waiting to drop off packages and need receipts. Conversations could wait while employees scan packages and do their jobs.
The volume of people who live in this area definitely needs more staff for this location than is being permitted. I understand this is a union job and a federal job, but there should still be some supervision from someone higher up when it comes to the attitudes of these employees. This is a very unpleasant post office. Most of the time the kiosk doesn’t even work.

The counter clerk at this location, Bianca is extremely nasty and rude! Not sure how and why she still works there. Disgusting!

Worst USPS EVER! One customer rep??? At 1730??? Lady up front will not fill out her addresses to the side? We all been standing here? The worker asked her to fill it out to the side now we all standing here. Now I know why USPS doing so poorly. I'm looking for my package I sent in Florida for priority due Monday it is now Thursday? My cat's medicine is in there or I wouldn't be standing in this flipping line. HORRIBLE JUST COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. I will not be using USPS again for things I need ANYMORE EVER AGAIN!!! The counter person was really nice, I feel sorry for her. The manager should be out there helping. Plus I know you can look up packages with an address and the manager said I need a tracking number. There's medication in that package for my animal. I am definitely going out of my way from now on NEVER TO USE USPS. Can't even type my address in to get details on my package. I'm getting my money back for shipping and medication you lost when I get this tracking.

One of the better looking post offices I’ve ever been to. When I entered, the two women clerk were on their phones however I was able to get their attention and drop off. I could tell I was going to be hustled here,so I took my time and slowed them down.

I'm still waiting for my problem to be resolved, but I read all of these negative reviews about Lisa and I believe that she deserves a shout out! When I came in, another employee was clearly finishing her shift and allowing the line to grow very long. 8 minutes later, Lisa came out and zipped through over a dozen customers quickly with a smile, upbeat attitude, and prompt service! Then as new customers arrived, she kept up the pace! Lisa does her job efficiently and she's friendly. She also kept me informed as someone else was looking into my issue in the back.

I use the post office weekly. This is the SECOND time I’ve been in and have been disrespected by the counter clerk LISA.
The first incident she threw all of my paid packaging at me and they landed on the floor.
The second incident TODAY she yelled at me while walking out the door while handling another customer.
This was just after she was extremely disrespectful to an older gentlemen for asking a simple question.
If you have no customer service values, you shouldn’t be the face of the USPS. I’m sure there is another job that fits your personality better.

Can't deliver mail to the correct mailbox to save their lives. Second week in a row a package was delivered incorrectly to the wrong mail box and I haven't received it. How hard is it for the driver to deliver to the right box?
