Today I went to buy some shoes and since we arrived the employees turned us to look ugly they didn’t even welcome us they were on their phone and they listened to us then I asked one of those who were there if he had size 9 and he pretended not to understand me and then my sister asked them and they told us that they didn’t have size 9 then she asked about size 5 and they said they didn’t have it either the thing is that they didn’t want to attend to us I don’t know why they have people like that in that place

I typically do not do the review thing but this location on Union Deposit Rd deserves it. The customer service is the worst!!! You have to go and find an associate to help you like they didn't see you walk in the store from the beginning. Then they have an attitude like you are bothering them or something. I only shop here if there is a shoe that my kids are specifically looking for. Sometimes I leave purchasing something but most times I leave empty handed and irritated and it's all from the ridiculous lack of service in this place. The associates could definitely use some training on soft customer service skills instead of chopping it up by the register while you have paying customers looking for help. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe this time it will be different but after today I don't think I'll ever shop there again.

Terrible service went on the weekend it was like 4 employees there the only one that was working was the female that was behind the counter...so I'm patiently waiting for someone to help me. NO HELP. then I asked for help...the sales employee felt like I owed her a favor...she came and helped but with an attitude.....told her what size she went to the back for 15 to 20 min.. claimed she was looking for shoe then brought the wrong shoe back.. still had an attitude bc i told her that it was wrong shoe. Still attitude...so I left came back Monday...a new employee still had the same attitude like why am I asking her for...so long story bull trap service....won't be back to that one....and prior to this similar experiences at same store union deposit!!!!

We were in the shopping center this week and stopped in to check out their sneakers. Both staff members that helped us were extremely professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to shop here.

I went to buy, the employee told me that it was closed, when I leave, 2 people come in, they seem to be her family and when they left, they came out with 20 bags. the safest thing was her family and she kept the remaining discounts for him
