I've avoided this place for years even though it's 5 min from home, but today I stopped in for something. Overall I was in and out, but I saw something that ticked me off. Using the self checkouts on grocery side this morning, I saw a man with a whole cart of stuff stroll up to a self checkout that was CLEARLY out of order and had signs posted stating such. He proceeded to go through the motions of scanning and bagging his cart of stuff, then strolled right out the door without paying.
All of this occurred while there were 3! 3 Walmart associates right there in the self checkout area, and none of them noticed this man openly stealing from the store. As if that's not bad enough, he went to the exit where he whipped out what had to be an old receipt, flashed it to the door greeter and walked right out to his car.
So I gotta ask, what the hell is the point of locking up half the stuff in the store if the employees are just going to stand there completely oblivious to the thefts going on right under their noses.

I am handicap and eight out of 10 times when I come to this Walmart, I cannot get a wheelchair or have to wait about 30 minutes for someone to finish shopping in order to get one. They have about 30 handicap parking and only 10 wheelchairs. They need to upgrade their wheelchairs first and get some new ones. They make all this money from all these customers, but yet have wheelchairs has fallen apart and feel like they have flats.

I used to love this Walmart a lot, but today when I came in, I had some clothes that I needed to try on for an event tomorrow. It was around 7 PM. The phone was ringing in the fitting room for like 10 minutes and then an employee finally came over. She told me that it was closed and that she doesn’t have a key. She was so rude to me and I was being pretty nice to her back. I literally saw at least 40 employees in the store so I don’t understand how there wasn’t any way to get the fitting rooms unlocked. It’s literally a Friday night and Walmart is a huge corporation so I don’t understand how I couldn’t try on a couple pairs of clothes. Literally just so rude and ignorant for no reason. When I was asking really nicely about it.

They scanned my item twice, when I complained it about the employee said “I see you only have one item and it was scanned twice but you have to come back tomorrow”. This place needs to be investigated

Always a line, aggressive Nissan altimas in the parking lot, everyone wants a dollar, and half the stuff is locked up.

Pickup is supposed to save you time, but not at this Walmart. I’ve been waiting for my order for 45 minutes. In that time I could have easily gone in and found all of these items myself, paid for them, left, and been on the way home. They need to hire more people for pickup if they’re always this busy. I don’t normally shop at Walmart and thought I’d save money by doing so for this order, but they’ve lost my business due to wasting my time.

Can't believe this Walmart put facial creams and make up remover in a locked glass shelves and it take forever to call someone to open it. These aren't jeweleries or treasure why do you put in a locked place so we can't reach it and we have to wait.

The customer service is terrible. I have sat waiting over 20 minutes multiple times and never received help to get things unlocked. If you can help customers to get locked up items don’t lock them up. :(
