Why is there only 2 banks 2 atms. Then when you get here the ATM machine is down. Everyone outside standing in the freezing cold in a line. This is ridiculous. I guess it's time for a new bank. Been here over 20 years

Horrible customer service at this location and throughout Wells Fargo in general. I did a mobile deposit in my account for a personal loan, I later received an email stating I could not do a mobile deposit. I felt that was understandable because of the nature of the check so i went down to my local branch got the check deposited. Before I left trying to make sure there wouldn't be a problem with the attempted mobile deposit, which wells fargo already stated it shouldn't be a problem since the mobile deposit cannot go through without an ID. The banker asked for the receipt back and reversed my transaction so I had to call Wells Fargo again and drive to another branch to get the deposit resolved. I do plan on finding a new bank, I been with Wells Fargo a long time and never enjoyed doing business with them.

Most weekends the driveup ATM had no money or is off line. I hate to think where I will get money from when they close the Harrisburg Mall branch because the mall is being torn down.

I recently visited this branch and had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from banker Hanh Nguyen. Despite a busy environment, Hanh went above and beyond to resolve my issues and ensure a smooth experience. The staff at this location is highly dedicated and always ready to assist customers. I highly recommend this branch for their excellent service. Kudos to Hanh for her outstanding support!

People use a Bank that don’t charge a $10 monthly fee and $35.00 dollar overdraft fee, which is more then what there stock cost. The financial system is designed to make people have bank accounts so Banks like Wells Fargo take advantage of it!

Horrible location. They never answer the phone. Can not make an appointment online. We have 16 business accounts at Wells Fargo and I think it is time to switch. It is very difficult to run a business with the level of NON customer service that they have.

This branch is terrible ?.i am doing business with this bank from last 6 years.They were use to offer good services but now keep getting worst with every passing day.I am waiting to open new business account from last 4 weeks,they keep canceling my appointment at last moment . I have to make transactions for my business from personal account.Time to move all business with new financial institution.

I love WF & other locations run excellently. This location, however, is the slowest bank service I have ever experienced!!! 15 minutes at the teller (who IS a Manager!) to cash a quick & easy check, after waiting about 20 minutes behind 2 vehicles. Awful.

This particular Wells Fargo is horrible, had to go elsewhere to get money out of atm, because almost every weekend their atm is empty, so they ever fill it? But if you go somewhere else then they get you with a fee. Switched to PSECU, much better bank, as soon as I get all my auto pay stuff taken care of, plan on closing Wells Fargo
