Update: they sent me a message to contact them and What Do You Know.. IT IS A DEAD LINK! Not Surprised At All!!! SIGH!Took my brother to this store after being told on the phone that he needed to bring ID and proof of address in to a store to get service in his name.We drove over an hour to get there only to be told he can't get service where he lives. WHY DIDN'T THE COMCAST / XFINITY "professional" ON THE PHONE TELL HIM THAT INSTEAD OF WASTING MY FUEL AND TIME!!??!!?These people are NOT honest or trained properly... ALWAYS get the run around and passing the blame to their fellow employees!Wish they cared about their customers and potential customers half as much as they rip everyone off!!! GRRR!!!

First I am a senior, I cannot get a person on any phone number, email or live chat. I am on the ACP, but I was made to pay with cash. The acp says to look for a provider and I went physically to the HUmmelstown store and he said he cannot help me, just pay the bill. Then I asked about a security camera, which I was prepared to fully purchase and a cell phone for seniors, my neighbor has, and he blew me off. He lied and wanted to upsell. He said I was loud when I complained about no contact and numerous hours of trying. I have all the numbers in my phone, emails. Now. ACP said get a provider, but Xfinity refused to put me on the account, or put the account on ACP. I have spent many stressful hours. I have high blood pressure. I cannot get a human being and when I did he said he could not help me. They are angry for low income senior customers. I do not know what else to do. I know the state rep had to help a senior in this building just a few months back. I guess I will have to go see him too. The worst phone service, no customer service, The man did not even show me one phone. I was going to purchase the camera in full. There is something not right about Xfinity. Maybe they should go to court for senior discrimination. No stars for Xfinity/Comcast......

Call center lies when you call. My wife ordered wifi modem that said we would be able to pick up. I called and made sure that if husband ( myself) would be able to come down and pick it up. Specifically asked if it had to be her or can I come get it. They said I would be able too. I drive one hour. To find out I can not. Last here was a real tool herself.

Got the internet box and when I returned home I found that they forgot to give me my coax cable. Made a second trip all the way to the store before they closed so I could have internet the same day. Horrible experience with them.

60 a month for a low speed net. I cancelled because Tmobile is more affordable and the customer service is better. I paid my bill this month and was to have service this month. They turned off my net 2 weeks earlier and now I can’t get anyone to talk on the phone with me. I get hung up on. Than I’m sent texts and no one will call me. They only want to text. Not professional at all. Then the agent gets my text confused w another customer and tells me to ignore the text. Will never use Xfinity again. They better reimburse me for net not used due to early termination…, to the person who replied. I just complained about texting and you give me a link to text again. When you have professional agents who can talk please let me know. Worst customer service

My consultant was Rahim, and he had his airpod in the entire time, did not seem to care about helping me in the slightest. It seemed that his texts on his phone with his friends was more important than helping a customer with what they needed. I hope his fantasy football was going well. Also seemed extremely condescending the entire time. He didnt even ask me what plan I wanted, he just entered information in without asking first. It was lucky I knew what plan I actually wanted or else I would not have gotten it.Everyone else seemed to get attentive service in the building, so this review is purely with the person I had to deal with. Ultimately I got what I needed done, but he was hardly any help at all.
