The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and plenty of space to move around. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space comfortable and inviting for customers.But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns, taking the time to ensure that I had everything I needed before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about the Monroville Post Office. If you're in the area and need to mail a package or buy stamps, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!”

“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved.
