The staff working inside the facility are amazing. The delivery drivers are inconsistent at best though. My mail often doesn't come until 8pm with my regular carrier.

This photo was taken by my son by son through his bedroom window. Welcome to Harrisville where Cindy the mail delivery person is too lazy to get out of her vehicle to put packages on peoples doorsteps. She will instead throw and drop them out of her car window or put them on a ledge (as seen in this photo) making the packages vulnerable for thieves. Did I mention that her lazy self literally THROWS packages out of her car window and into the dirt instead of getting out, walking 3 feet, and placing it on the doorstep? She also LOVES shoving packages in your mailbox if she’s too lazy to drive up the driveway to the point where you can’t even get the package out. She also loves putting your neighbors mail in other people mailboxes and will leave your package out in the open, away from your door, in the pouring down rain. Harrisville’s finest. ?

Rented locally and the post master and coworkers were very patient with me getting a PO Box. However, although it might be out of their control, hours of operation could be a bit earlier/later (longer).

Every single time I order a package, I am told by my USPS tracking number that the package has been delivered when it is nowhere to be found. It then arrives a day or two later.

Constantly delivers my packages elsewhere and they either never come back or they are returned by the house of whome received the package. Sad that people have to steal the packages thanks to the usps driver not paying attention to detail ON A DAILY BASIS.

I'm genuinely furious at their inability to deliver my mail. They sent me a notice that said "USPS couldn't get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps." They did not leave a note, and my mailbox is far from difficult to locate it's out in the open almost impossible to miss. Not only is my mailbox almost impossible to miss my front door is a straight line of maybe 15 feet from the road.

The mail lady who drives a white ford explorer is LAZY!!! I have several witnesses to her sitting on the side of the road or at a stop sign for 10-20 mins at a time and texting or making phone calls. When we receive packages she will drive up to the house and beeps her horn and expect the homeowner to come out to her To receive the package. That's literally unexpectable. Some ppl are handicap and can't get out of the house fast enough to get the mail. I had a check come in the mail from out of state and im soo glad i checked the mail when i did cuz my check would have been ruined due to the fact that she had dropped it on the ground by my mail box in the snow and didn't bother getting her butt out of the car to put it in my mailbox to ensure my mail was properly getting to me. Tired of having to deal with her being our mail driver. Some days our mail won't be delievered til about 3 in the afternoon!! And we will get the wrong mail.

Driver consistently delivers the wrong mail to us. When we receive a package through the mail, she pulls up in front of the house and beeps her horn. If we don't come out fast enough, she just drops the package out her car window onto our sidewalk, obviously not knowing if it is breakable or not. Today, she dropped it into a pile of snow, as I was walking out the door to meet her.

The delivery drivers are constantly delivering the wrong mail and packages to the wrong address and won't deliver the mail to my house that is addressed to me at tomes. Go to the post office to complain and attempt to get the issues resolved and nothing ever changes. Sick and tired of delivering my neighbors mail.

The postmaster is great but some of the delivery drivers stink
