“I’m in the area vacationing and preparing to head back to Florida in a few days when my 2013 RAM truck gets stuck in fourth gear.I called half a dozen shops all but 2 said they were swamped or had lost their transmission guy. Of the other 2, Complete Auto Repair was the only shop that said bring it right over.On arrival, I saw a bustling garage with several mechanics working. They saw me coming and met me when I parked. I explained my situation and Adam, the owner, had diagnosed the problem, located the necessary parts, and gave a quote within 30 minutes.Then he said he’d try to have it done that same day. He had the repair finished and road tested 3-4 hours later that same day.Talk about exceeding expectations!”

“The water pump blew up in our pick up truck just a few minutes before we were due to haul our camper home from a local campground on July 3. AAA sent a flat bed to haul it but it was late in arriving so it was after 4:00 PM by the time our vehicle arrived at Precision Automotive. We were nervous that we would be required to wait until after the holiday before it could be repaired but the owner assured us they would stay late, if necessary, to make sure we were back on the road that night. They stayed in communication with us regarding the estimate and time frame they needed to do the work and, by 6:30 PM, we were picking our truck. We were impressed with the friendly, honest, and professional service they offered. Would highly recommend this place!.”
