Shysters! Liars, Terrible, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!DONT GO THERE, How do you go to someones Job looking for someone and tell the other employees who you are and Letting them know someone else's business.The guys they fired they talked about them and there business.. How do that work,I been a customer for over 15 years then new people come in and try to add stuff that you don't know about.Mario and Dave y'all were the best,these new ppl,Who are you?I'm hurt and mad at the same time.

I do NOT even give them one star! They are a disgrace of a furniture store the manager Shiam is an ignorant man and should not be a mgr of their store. Please think before u enter this store there are way too many pleases to lease and buy from. Do not know how to talk to people or handle them being in the retail business they should be closed up! Again please do not buy they are NOT reputable !

I called Aarons needing a refrigerator in a pinch. Mine died and it will be 5 weeks until Sears comes out to fix it. (dont buy from sears). The manager Mario and Dave who works there were super helpful. Not only that i was lucky enough to call just before the truck left for delivery but ill have it 30 mins after calling. I expect that is way faster than normal and i lucked out with the timing. But great service!

Idk why this particular Aaron’s is getting bad reviews, I had a online problem , called and it was resolved and David helped so much ! I was ready to not even get a fridge but he helped us pick out one and get one that would fit our apartment . He also got it delivered very quickly and kept his word ! I would definitely do business here again . Thanks David

I can't explain how great these guys are! Everything they do is in favor of the customers. They are so understanding and willing to work with almost anyone. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is so great they make you feel like family everything. The welcoming you get at the door everything is a refreshing change since covid hit. It's a great all around place everything from management to deliveries! If you want a one of a kind experience this is the place to have it!!

I wish there was an option to give NO STARS I would . I don't even know where to begin with the people who work at this location . I missed a payment and they started calling me literally like 15+ times a day starting at exactly 9am sometimes even earlier like 8:30am and than I had broken my phone and they started calling my references constantly like every single day. It doesn't stop here yet . They than even went about showing up to my fathers house who doesn't even live in this county threatening that they were going to have the police show up to his residence . The crazy part is that I NEVER gave them my fathers information((phone number, name or address)) yet some how they were able to find this information out. They told my father that his address was some how linked to my social security number which is absolutely insane as I've never even lived with him before and his address is brand new. So I don't know how they figure out all of this information and its probably not even legal for them to do so. All in all they do nothing but harrass their customers and their close friends and family. I will NEVER do business with this company again and won't recommend them to anyone either.

I would not even give them a star it would be negative 5 if I could. Mario and Dave are like children with customer service playing phone games between me and my wife thinking that we do not talk. They tell use lies between Conversations. This is all over a manufacturing problem and they don't want to replace it back when it was new now it's over a year old and there telling me well now it wear and tear that's bull. Mario is so disrespectful not listening to customer and talking over them telling them that there wrong and won't even let them have a word in. Dave mad promises and then went back on his word after he said that was doable. Both of them need to be brought down a notch or 10 and get off there high horse. Maybe get some more customer service training in. They are making people not want to deal with Aaron's at all this is a franchise not a corporate store maybe that's the difference but my new stuff is coming from a different furniture store thanks to Mario and Dave hope there out of a job soon P.s don't buy from these fools

Outstanding experience and service.My fiancé and I had ordered a couch from another furniture store on Labor day and the timeliness kept getting pushed back with no real solution as to when we will get our couch. We walked into Aarons about an hour be for closing and was met with teammember right away. We ended up ordering a couch that was new off the floor and had it delivered around 10am the next day. Everyone who we worked with was great from the managers to the shipping team.
