I was in an accident and Caliber was there to get my car in for repairs as soon as I was ready. Meghan was very patient while I worked out the details with the insurance companies and Yamil stayed in constant communication with me and kept me well informed ! They really go above and beyond in the customer service department!

If I could leave 1.5 I would. The 1.5 is for the communication which was pleasant and finished when I was told it was. Jokes on me because they put an after market part on my brand new car. My backup camera sensors popped out a week later. Than I brought back to get fixed and told me it was fixed and shouldn’t happen again if it does bring it back. Well very next day pops out again and now the other side. I drive maybe 3 miles a day, this should not happen. After getting back in touch with the insurance company who was helpless as well I had to ask for supervisors of the insurance company to tell collision caliber to get me the manufactured bumper for my car which logically should have been done from the start. Now I have to take my car back and not have it even longer when this all could have been eliminated from the start. This place used to be immaculate. What happened? All to save a dollar. Now it’s cost you more. Be careful going here. Not happy customer.
