At least that’s how my wife and I felt after choosing Caliber Collision in Chalfont for a relatively minor bumper repair. They treated my wife so nice and made the process so easy. Not only was the repair done expertly, but the car was sparkling clean inside and out when we picked it up. A few days later we noticed that they also reattached the knob to the front passenger seat’s electric controls. It came off a couple of year ago and we hadn’t been able to fix it. Utilized John McShane Auto Body for a somewhat minor incident involving a practically brand new vehicle. I wanted to patronize a local independently owned shop rather that a franchised operation. Mc Shane has been in business for a long time and comes highly recommended. They were great dealing with the insurance company and ensuring that original manufacturer parts were used when the insurance company requested cheaper aftermarket parts. The turnaround for the repair exceeded three weeks, which seemed a little excessive. Delays in availability and transit times for parts were blamed. Upon delivery of my vehicle after repairs all appeared satisfactory. Closer inspection over the next day or two yielded discovery of multiple missing push type fasteners and self-tapping screws in the wheel well and trim parts the area of the impact. Not to mention a damaged air vent that needed to be removed from the opposite side of the bumper that had the screw hole completely broken with no way to fasten that particular point. An inspection of underneath the front bumper also yielded two more missing push type fastener. After a wash I also noticed the fender that was painted had a run in the paint. I repeatedly kept noticing something did not seem normal inside my driver's side door. I was seeing a row of open holes along the edge of the door and found a piece of weather stripping was missing after reassembly.

I am not sure if this situation is the result of overbooking, understaffing or lack of quality control. However, my experience is probably described best by the word "Sloppy".”

“Bill was fantastic to work with - I had gotten the run-around from 3 or 4 dealerships and them having me call their glass guy and everyone made a big production over how payment would be handled from insurance, saying I should pay up front and submit the receipts to be reimbursed later by insurance... I finally call Bill and he very calmly told me yea I deal with State Farm all the time I'm not sure why you were getting a big run around about it with other guys - he ordered original manufacturer's glass, was very transparent with the timeframe for the glass to deliver, once it arrived I was scheduled for installation within 2 days, car was dropped off in the morning and finished by 2pm just as promised, with all sensors recalibrated in-house. paid my $500 deductible and not a cent more. most painless process anyone could have asked for, 10/10 stars hope I never have to replace broken glass again but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else next time.”

“When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”

They provide cheaper suggestions to try before coming to them and if they do not work, they are more than happy to help you. I came with my Toyota Celica with one problem and 100% trust it won't come out with another. “I contacted MacEntee Auto Glass per the recommendation of North Penn Mazda. A windshield replacement was the only option after a crack appeared within a day of something hitting it. The communication with Erin was courteous, professional and caring. They worked with North Penn Mazda to have the windshield installed and the recalibration done while the car was there for service. I had work done at my house and had to park my car elsewhere for about a week. I ended up parking under some conifers that dripped large amounts of sap all over the car.
I first took my car to Glenside Auto Spa for someone to take a look at it, as I was unsure what options were best. Jeff took the time to look over the car and give me his recommendations and suggestions.

“My car was recently vandalized in which the rear passenger side window of my Infiniti Q70L was busted out. I called around to approximately 20 different local auto glass repair companies, including a few mobile services. Apparently most shops don't have this particular make and model glass within stock, so it had to be ordered. I called Rydon and I believe the guy's name was Steve was able to get my window in a shorter amount of time and for a significantly cheaper price than anyone else had quoted me. Not only that, but the glass is quality, was installed by their friendly and knowledgeable staff in a professional and timely manner and even more convenient a window tinting shop whom I've patronized for years is located literally right next door, so I was able to get my window retinted immediately afterwards. Best prices, best work, fast and efficient!”
