I received the wrong medication and if I didn’t notice that it was the wrong label on the bottle and I took it I could have died!!! The service is really bad and the people working there are are rude and don’t care about their customers!!! Something really must done about this store!! I am now going elsewhere for my medication!! The pharmacy SUCKS!!

I was just treated the worst I have ever been treated as a customer by Gaby, all I asked for was to help with a coupon issue of something that I just bought the moment before. Because I didn't have ID with me, for a simple it vitamin, she gave me such a hard time and actually told me the customer is not always right, she called me hon(she is half my age) and told me I can go spend my money somewhere else. There was no reason for this type of treatment and I will be calling CVS to file a formal complaint. She made a bad day even worse for me!

Terrible pharmacy staff and medications, hours. they lie about what is ready and I do not trust them. Have non trained pharmacists making your prescription! Closed for lunch…should be 12-1. It is 1-2…so you cannot get prescription during this time. People NOT nice! Both my husband and I have had bad experiences here.
Had photograph made…poor color! Will NEVER USE This store again. I Go to 7 old york road! Hours are better, staff more friendly and have medications available there. Staff seems invested in customers. (I have complained to corporate, nothing changed)

Need to find another pharmacy. They never answer the phone. When you go in to ask a question, they act inconvenienced because you didn’t call.
