Need to find another pharmacy. They never answer the phone. When you go in to ask a question, they act inconvenienced because you didn’t call.

The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever visited or called. No one answer calls in pharmacy. Auto answer will put you on hold ever. Time to change the management.

This is thee worst CVS location that ever existed. The employees are rude and lazy especially in the pharmacy. They make you wait forever and act fully inconvenienced by having to help you. They close for lunch and never open at the time they say they do. When they open back up from lunch, they make you wait until they feel like helping you. Horrible horrible service. I don’t know how the CVS corporation has not done anything about this location. It’s like the known thing in this area where we live. The pharmacist is even un-friendly and the guy with the long hair and glasses! They are all un-friendly They hate their jobs and should work elsewhere especially in a place dealing with sick individuals.

Rude staff and they made fun of autism. CVS as a whole is a terrible company. Do yourself a favor don’t go here. Blonde boomer needs to be fired. She is the spawn of Satan

Steer clear of the particular location! The pharmacist and pharmacy tech are oddly combative and unhelpful when asking questions about medication. The pharmacist even refused to speak with my doctor about an issue with my simple RX, leaving me to conduct multiple conference calls between my insurance, the pharmacy, and my doctor. I've already moved all my prescriptions out of this location. It's wildly mismanaged.

It would be really wonderful if you could update your website to reflect the real operating hours of your pharmacy. On your website it states the pharmacy is open till 10:00 p.m. when in reality it closes at 8:00 p.m. very inconvenient for customers.

RE: CVS 765 E. County Line Rd., Hatboro, PA 19040 PHARMACY.I have been using my local CVS Pharmacy because it's conveniently located, but I have been disappointed with their service for a while. They have made several mistakes with my Mom's prescriptions, which require me to visit the pharmacy multiple times to have them re-run with the proper insurance information. Each visit with an error takes about 40 minutes to resolve, which is very inconvenient.During my last visit, I also noticed that they didn't use a prescription coupon that I had given them. This shows a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the discounts they advertise. Of course, the prescription was not ready when I showed up at 6:06 pm, so I had to wait (AGAIN) and they rushed it through. Because I purchased additional store items, I didn’t notice the co-pay for my prescription was incorrect until after I got home. I tried to call to have it resolved over the phone. After five phone calls due to dropped calls from their end, I finally got a live person. I was told I MUST come in to have the order returned and re-run. This was yet another trip to CVS, which is definitely no longer convenient. While I appreciate the convenience of the store's location, the mistakes and oversights have made it inconvenient for me to rely on their services. Dealing with these errors takes up a lot of time and effort, outweighing the convenience factor.I hope THIS CVS Pharmacy takes these issues seriously and improves their service. I expect them to be accurate, reliable, and efficient. It's important for the pharmacy staff to pay attention to detail and provide a smooth and error-free experience.Overall, my recent experiences at CVS Pharmacy have been disappointing due to repeated mistakes and oversights. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to others looking for reliable and convenient service.

They don’t honor their toilet paper roll coupons. I had a coupon for 40%off but when they rang up the allergy medicine she said it was on sale so I couldn’t use the coupon.Nothing was marked as on sale and she said it was only 2 dollars off anyway. She said why don’t you just pick a different one but I said how because nothing is marked as on sale so we’re gonna have the same issue. So I asked if she could check the alternates and apparently they were on sale again nothing marked. They should’ve just took the 40% off the regular price and they would’ve had a returning customer. RiteAid is just across the street she might as well said. Ohhhh and if it’s an item that’s locked on the shelves be ready to take a Power Nap before it’s opened.

Good luck trying to get assistance from the pharmacy. They never answer the phone. Doesn't matter what day or time it is, you will not get through. Agree with others on cleanliness as well. You can tell alot by the staff from those two things alone and this CVS just does not care.
