The new staff is amazing so kind and friendly,my only concerns are your staffing at the registers and the fact that there was no heat in the building for the past couple of weeks.I hope the district managers are looking into this here and at other stores ..Other wise great job hatboro employees...

Rarely anyone at the register, I've had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone while calling "hello" several times I've been here. The store is always a mess with so many boxes that you can't move around aisles. Customers should not have to wheel huge carts holding 30 full boxes out of the way just to reach a product. They also will just lock the doors in the middle of the day without warning so that customers cannot enter, even though they're open. The past few days the door has been locked during open hours with several confused customers in the parking lot. When I called, they said they've been closed for renovations. Then put a damn sign up or something! It's so poorly managed.

This is the second day in a row the store has been closed before noon and everytime I do manage to get in there is no one at the register I gotta wait 20 minutess how is this store still open
