Update: since I met Phil at glanzman and he suggested I shop elsewhere if I'm interested in a fair price, I've purchased 3 (yes 3) new Subarus for myself and family members from a local Subaru dealer that values customers and is willing to negotiate. I highly suggest you steer clear of glanzman to avoid overpaying. They all have the same cars.

Brought my car in for service without an appointment. They got me in quickly. Sam was my service manager. He kept me informed of when my car will be done. And it was done within an hour. Its a nice dealership.

One star is given to Glanzman Subaru serviced department because of very poor communication and lack of service. The service department had my car for 4 working days without performing any work for a drainage problem. The tech waited until 6the:00PM to let me know that no work could be done that day due to not having access to the right equipment this after having my car for two full days. The third day cam e& went before a full diagnoses of the problem was explained to mine again not until 6:00Pm in the evening

check out their promises on their website... one of the first is they will respect my time. I have never had my time so disrespected. I am purchasing a car from Glanzmann, left a voicemail message at 7:35 am today that we need to pick up the car today. paying cash. sales person called me back at 9 am (she's great). I texted asking for status reports and was told in writing I'd receive a call back "soon" many times. I called multiple times leaving my phone number with the receptionist (despite leaving MY phone number twice, they sent a text to my husband's phone number) and finally spoke to a manager Keith at 3:00, IT HAS BEEN SIX HOURS AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK IN SIX HOURS. I CALLED AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. All that needed to be done is for someone to quickly call me and let me know there will be a delay. I sat around waiting for a return call. I was put on hold and disconnected. manager Keith finally called back about 3 and said he and the other manager Warren were working with a customer for three hours on a special sale and I had to wait. I've been waiting since 9 a.m. I said we could come in at 7:30 tonight or 8 a.m. tomorrow. they said they could not accommodate us at those hours. I asked if someone could cover those hours to help us out and he said no. he said they've been short staffed because of COVID, I reminded himCOVID ended over a year ago. He then said a detailer's wife had a baby so they are short workers. many excuses. this is the third car I have bought here and it may be my last. I asked for a third key to have as a spare and they said yes for $400. because of everything I went through today I asked for that third key as an accommodation. Warren, a manager, said that's not going to happen. The service today was awful. Colonial offered the same car at the same price with free tires for as long as we own it and I said no due to loyalty to Glanzmann. Sheesh. picking it up Saturday at noon but I can't be there. I asked if could come tonight or at 9 am tomorrow and sign for the title and Warren said no. we have met the Glanzmanns, father and son, they would never tolerate this terrible treatment. great salesperson, the rest was awful. once they got our deposit, I became a nobody. Again, all someone had to do was quickly call me and say there is a delay. six hours passed before I spoke with anyone and it was because I persevered in calling. Just be honest and provide realistic expectations. I can live with that. But dont wait six hours to call me back and be abrupt.UPDATE: My husband went to pickup the CrossTrek Saturday to find the hood completely covered in circular scratches . The car was always in Glanzmann's possession and the manager admitted it was damaged while being detailed. Said they'd "buff" it by next Wednesday. We refused the car.. we do not want to buy a brand new car that's already damaged. The manager made no offer or effort to locate a replacement car. We found a replacement car and bought it. If you buy a black CrossTrek Limited (series 32) from Glanzmann, check for scratches and/or repairs to the hood.

I hate having issues with my car but once they come up I take it to Glanzmann Subaru. The new office is beautiful and makes the wait comfy. my customer service tech is Sam very friendly , knowledgeable and gets me taken care of quickly and on my way.

Glanzmann Subaru is my local dealer. It has a small town feel. The service department is low pressure and prices appear to be reasonable for a dealer. They do offer express oil changes and tire rotations without an appointment. Usually within an hour. My service rep this time was Karen. She was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Car #2 just purchased from Glanzmann. Everything went as expected. No curveballs thrown! If you remember, definitely ask for Liz Gross for your salesperson! She explained different options to us and after "settlement" spent more than an hour with us showing us how to operate this super computer on wheels. Received follow up text from Liz too.Love our new 2022 Subaru Outback Touring! Luxury and safety perfection! We will absolutely go to Glanzmann Subaru for our next car! Good luck in your new upcoming showroom, service center. Looks amazing!
