They just increased their administrative fees to $15 per item (used to be $12) and even charge customers $5 shipping for each item when it used to be free. They promise you 60% of the item price but that’s not true. You will get $2 if you’re lucky. I’m done consigning nice items with them… I should be getting more for rag & bone, Vince, and other designer items.

Absolutely, 100%, do not give your things to Lindas. You'll get a $5 check 6 months later for $100s in items. You are better off donating your items are selling them yourself. This service is misleading, dishonest, and, as a result, steals from people.

They screw over hard working employees and lay them off 2 weeks before Christmas. They are a horrible company and treat their employees horribly. DO NOT WORK/OR BUY FROM THEM.

Linda’s Stuff is absolutely fabulous! I have had zero issues! Send my stuff and get checks when she sells it! Plus she sends a prepaid shipping label!! I called once and spoke with the nicest person. She was very helpful. I appreciate Linda taking my things and turning them into cash for me. I’m a repeat customer. Thank you Linda and staff!

I have consigned my items with Linda’s Consignment and there was excellent communication in each step of process (from receiving the pre-paid UPS label to receiving the funds from my sold items).I have also purchased items via the eBay store. Have had a positive experience via online with this merchant. Would recommend.

I have never written a Yelp review but I feel compelled to now after my most recent experience with Linda's Stuff. I consigned with them before Covid and had a decent experience-- I felt they were fair and honest. This year, I sent them several boxes of clothes, bags, and shoes-- many of them designer-- and the service has been abhorrent. For some reason, they couldn't authenticate a Gucci purse I sent them and charged me a $25 fee to send back. (I had the original tags showing it's an original Gucci.) And-- I don't know if their pricing policies have changed or not but this time around I've barely gotten any money for my goods. For example, I sent them a Xirena skirt I purchased in June 2022 for $350 and they sold it for $14.99. (To give you a comparison, I sold a Xirena dress that I bought in July 2022 for $425 on ThredUp for $150)

Purchased an orange Fendi Selleria Linda bag for wifey. In excellent condition as stated in the listing. They shipped promptly, added their own dustbag. As a shopper, be very clear about what you want, and you should be fine. We would buy from them again.

Be aware that if you receive a damaged item from them and you end up leaving a negative review Linda will block you and you can't buy items anymore from them. Overall they are excellent, they have best prices and items arrive clean, sometimes items are definitly not as described but if you contact customer service they are usually making it right for you. But I don't like this seller anymore, because they block you if you leave an honest review that is negative.

They treat their employees terribly, they should go back to being lawyers where its okay to scream at people. I had a massive review all typed out, but honestly they don't deserve it. I have too many horror stories from this place and the 4 years of my life I wasted there. They are just terrible and thats where I'll leave it. PSA Linda and Fred, your team isn't made up of dogs ready to bend at your every word. They aren't machines, they are people. I still have back pain and high anxiety from this place. You shouldn't be business owners, treat your staff better.

I wish I could give Linda herself 0 stars. This "store" is a joke. Don’t buy from here. I can’t even explain how they ripped me off. Linda sold me a designer dress with a hole in it and tried to tell me it was part of the design!!! And she sold me a fake designer purse trying to pass it off as the real thing. Wow. So disappointed. While I was on the phone complaining, I overheard Linda berating her employees. Like screaming at them. Goodness. I’m just in shock. Look at the other reviews too.

I received an item (Celine bag Ebay reference 313402229036) which was not according the item description on Ebay, the bag was damaged inside and outside which was neither visible on any of the pictures listed on Ebay. They confirmed this and I could return the bag for a full refund. But I cannot receive a return label and they want me to arrange return shipment and to pay for this, UPS return cost is USD 70 from The Netherlands to their USA warehouse. And besides that I've paid EURO 103,11 (is approx. USD 125) import duties for a bag which is not conform I've ordered so this means a loss of USD 195 for me!!!! They do not respond to to my messages anymore. They do not take any responsibility and would not recommend to purchase from them.Status a few weeks later:T his company does not take any responsibility for their mistake. I've paid EUR 103,11 import duties and had to pay EUR 42,88 to UPS for return shipment. So total I've paid EUR 330 for a damaged bag and had to pay EUR 145,99 extra cost do total EUR 421 for a bag which has been returned and so far no compensation! Company does not respond at all! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!

Ordered 2 pairs of pants from them via ebay. 1 pair I received was the wrong item, the other the inseam was 2 inches longer than in the description. I got a card in my package asking to please reach out to them before leaving negative feedback to get any issues resolved. So I contacted them to let them know and try and get the issue resolved. I got a generic message about how they can't separate items. Had nothing to do with what I contacted them about. So no pants and they didn't even bother to read the message. Several reviews with similar stories.
