Excellent customer service! Alex and Ty went above and beyond to help me find the unit I was looking for. The place was clean and the 2 guy at the front desk were very nice !!!

Ty was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He made suggestions for things like insurance, but wasn't pushy. I would definitely recommend PS!

Tyheed has great customer service. He was very patient and provide great detail. I was unsure of what exactly I need and he pointed me into the right direction. I give my experience a 5 star. More employees everywhere should be more like this gentleman.

I was looking to add a second unit and went in to talk to Ty at the front desk. He was very helpful and friendly during the whole process. I would recommend if you need a place to store anything come talk to Ty he will be able to help you out!

Highly recommend this storage facility it’s clean, private and their customer service is outstanding. Alex was more than happy to give us a tour and showed us how to use their app. He treated us just like family.

Staff are both friendly and very competent. Location is very clean and modern. Interior access in large building is under cover for inclement weather.

Ty is very helpful. Dealing with elderly family is hard enough, Ty helped me greatly with setting up, moving, and then eventually closing my mother-in-laws storage unit. Much appreciated.
