Horrible!!!! Never told they don't do 1 week schedule for inspections?? Odd made an appointment for today well they scheduled me for the next week without telling me I call about my car owner answer and claims he didn't know car was there laughed at me admitted he isn't good with customer service which is why he has someone else do it didn't even apologize to ME the woman but apologized to my fiance horrible person should not be in business with people never again when I lived somewhere else been drop car off 8am keys insurance card registration card and they'll call so FYI this place DOES NOT do 1 week inspection they schedule you for 2 weeks and don't tell uService: Vehicle Inspection

I pulled into a parking spot at Reid Motors and the I'll use the word losely Gentleman made me a priority in quite the unusual way. Can you imagine going to a legitimate business and the worker or owner high pressuring you to buy or get out? It was as if I entered the antebellum South. It was as if I met that inbred Father and Son from Georgia doing time because a jogger looking at a vacant house drove them bat sh** crazy. The weird nose, pock marked face man who drove up to me like rent a mall cop was much to old to spend his final years getting his panties in a bunch because he wants to be an elderly stay off my grass guy. Buy or get out Bud. Bud? The disrespectful is real and he's not as cool as he thinks he is. Not cool at all. Nothing against homosexuals, but what straight men get so hot and bothered that they can't control themselves from immediately rushing over to two stranger men who from all indications appear to be in their precious lot for 3 minutes? That's if it is even their lot considering it looks like a duplex and we were cleat across the lot at the other. A horny closeted man living life like its his father's 1950s does. He wanted to turn a small thing into a Federal case because his feminine ways and chronic Karenism got the better of him.

Shout out to Leah and Matt at Reid Repairs. I trust them to keep my entire fleet safe and on the road. They are honest, fair and very easy to deal with. My 2006 car is still running great at 166K miles and I have them to thank for that. So glad to have them in our community.
