Do yourself a favor and just go to Ben Moore. Not much more expensive and their products are actually good. Sherwin has a crappy product and up charge homeowners. They also talk home owners into extra material they don’t need, just taking advantage of innocent people that don’t know any better.

Picking up paint as a contractor? Paint is not mixed before pick up. Staff does not bother to give a hand when picking up large orders of paint. Had to make several trips with no care from staff.

Stopped by today to pick up 10+ gallons of paint for our new home. The younger gentleman in glasses was SUPER helpful and answered all the questions we had, and even gave his personal recommendations based on our wants. Will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here!

I was in this store last weekend and asked the (young) salesman to help me adjust a color I bought earlier that day, that I wasn’t really happy with. He really spent the time to work with me and then assisted me with carrying about 5 gallons of paint to the car. Great customer service here!!!

The sales associate was so wonderful and nice. He explained the color organization and how paint colors are mixed so thoroughly. He was so accommodating in color matching for us and recommended the best brushes too!

Went in for paint samples. Chris at the store was extremely helpful and friendly. Explained why they don't have the small samples at the moment but at least helped me get best value on the quart samples.
