Total waste of money! used to be the best in Hatboro... now, the worst... been going there for the past 5 years and in the last year, I've noticed a decline in service... today was the last straw and will never go back! it's a shame!!!

Scheduled pedicure for 10:15 two people. Waited 30 mins to get called back. They started my friends and I waited another 15 mins. That’s forty five minutes. Girl did my pedicure in THIRTEEN mins. Flew through. Zero effort. Then when she brought back my change, she fanned it out for me to like pick back the cash I was going to take to leave the rest to her. Absolutely disappointed. The owner is more worried about turning people away and interested in quantity of quality.

They don't know how to do nails. Had to pay to get mine fixed elsewhere the next day.

BLACK PEOPLE DO N0T COME HERE!
I was treated so poorly AND the tech messed my natural nails up to where they all broke less than 2 hours! I even witnessed it as I was finishing up/ leaving with a black CHILD and her mother! Still gave them a good tip because that's just who I am

I went here and was appalled at how unsanitary this place is. They reuse the same manicure and pedicure tools without disinfecting between patrons. They don’t use UV lights to disinfect anything. Gross! Also the nail brush is reused over and over. Salons are supposed to provide a clean brush for each patron. This place is disgusting. The tall girl I had spoke a very thick accent and I could not understand a word she said. Then she complained to her coworker that I could not understand her. I will never go back. Disgusting. Nail infections and fungus infections waiting to happen here.

They don't sterilize their manicure or pedicure tools with UV light. This is a very unclean place. I will never go back! They reuse the same manicure and pedicure tools with each customer. I saw the girl spritz something on them but it missed some pieces. This is a good way to get nail fungus. Every salon I have been to sterilizes all manicure and pedicure instruments with UV light after each use. Another disgusting practice is that they use only one nail brush at the sink for all patrons. Each patron should have a clean one not have to reuse them over and over again. The girl that did my nails had a bad attitude. She had a very thick accent. I could not understand anything she was saying. It is frustrating. She actually complained to a coworker that I could not understand anything she was saying. I asked her if they sterilize the manicure tools and she said "Yes." They reuse them over and over all day long and not sterilize them. I saw her reuse them without cleaning them after the last patron.

Very unprofessional. In this business it seems the customer is never right. I was wondering why my pedicures were not lasting and then I saw the tech thinning out my polish which was almost empty. She did one toe and was turning the bottle upside down. I asked if she had another bottle of the color. She didn't check but thinned out the the one she was using. I questioned the manager who told me all salons do it. My response was if that happens at home, I just throw it out and get a new one. Of course this thinning affects the quality of the pedicure. He then told me to bring my own polish. REALLY? I asked if I have a problem with the pedi lasting could I return next week and get a repolish? He said no that it had to be corrected now. Well
I had another appointment and didn't have time for a repolish and waiting for it to dry at the time. Very inflexible. I'll find a new salon. There are many in the area. I've been coming here for years but they're going down hill and no longer offer a relaxing experience. There are good techs and bad ones here but when you schedule an appointment with a particular
tech you rarely get that person. Very disappointing.

I got my nails done 1 week ago. First time customer. I at first loves my nails, but things went bad fast. Three nails have now fallen off. I went back today to get fixed. I had to remember the number of the polish which I couldn't but they offered to fix the first broken nail. As soon as I got in my car to leave the 2nd nail popped off. I went back into the salon. The owner told me they don't do acrilic nails they have less odor free options and when you get this you cant have long nails requested. Something never told to me when I first got them done. As of now later in the same day yet another nail popped off. I have never in 26 years or getting nails done had nails pop off if you want to long. I will never go here again as obviously they can't do all nail requests. The owner actually told me he will not fix anymore I would need to go to a salon that does acrilic to get what I want.
