I used USIG as a result of carpet purchased thru Home Depot. They showed up on time, did a great job and were clean and polite. What more can you ask? 5-stars, job well done.

If you value customer service or quality installation, don’t spend your money with them. The field crew will not communicate with you. The “Manager” in the office is useless. They use hot glue guns to secure molding. Only giving 1 star because I have too.

I would give 3 stars to USIG because after they scheduled my install, I called them multiple times requesting a call back from the manager. Manager never called me back. However, the vinyl plank install was done on time and was completed in time by Pablo & Gabriel. They were exceptional. Give them 5 stars. I would say management and customer service is not great, but installers, Pablo and Gabriel, were very nice, and did a fantastic job.

I'll be honest the other reviews had me more than a little concerned. But I am happy to say I couldn't have had a better experience with this installation group. Melinda and her team were outstanding, carpet looks great! They were in and out of here in no time, yet the work is far beyond my expectations. Well done!

Strikes: #1. Representative to schedule my install told me the laminate was ok to be in my garage when I asked if it should be in the house. #2. Day of install I as told I would have to build a stone hearth outside of my gas fire place even though it has protective casing in front if it. #3. Was told floor could not be installed because laminate has to be in the house. #3. Called same day to make sure carpet was still being installed. Told no install of carpet was never made. Even though I was told it was the day I called -- hence #1. #4. Fired laminate crew and went with outside people costing $500 more. #5. USGI representative called to ask if they where doing the install -- after I got my refund for laminate install. The representative hung up on me before I could say, I am still having the carpet installed. Called and got hung up on 2x's before someone answer to confirm the carpet install. All round horrible service. They do not represent Hone Depot well at all. NEVER AGAIN- NEVER!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We were referred to them by Home Depot to install laminate flooring in our bedrooms. We removed all furniture to avoid the extra cost, except our king sized bed which they assured us was fine. There are 3 boards across and 3 pegs on our bed frame holding up our mattress. Last week, they must have removed the pegs while moving the bed without telling us because we noticed our bed felt weird. We removed the mattress and box springs to fix the problem. Today when they came back out to fix some boards that were already chipped (the next week after install) they must have moved our bed again because when I was laying in our bed later that afternoon, our bed collapsed. I am trying to get ahold of anyone which is proving hard to do at this time on a Friday. I emailed both head guys (Dan and Brandon) and even called Home Depot who told me there was nothing they can do about it. Also, they were supposed to come out today, Friday, to do our laundry closet with tile and I was told I had to reschedule because their guy did not want to work on the weekend and wouldn’t come out again Saturday to grout. Even though when I made the appointment, I pointed out that they would have to come out Saturday and was assured that was fine. They also seemed very annoyed when the alternative day they said they could come out didn’t work for me. I will follow up with my review if this is somehow fixed but USIG but honestly it’s been nothing but problems. I do not recommend using them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Customer Service does not return calls and gives you the "run" around. They supposedly measured for stair runners but didn't bring enough carpet to install. I have to wait and still waiting...it's been 2 weeks now!! Sadly, there was a language barrier between myself and the installer, so I'm not sure if the binding is done correctly??? Home Depot needs to sub contract to another company.. They don't deserve a star at all but it forces you to select 1 star to post your comment!!This is my 1st time ever writing a negative review in my 51 years! I have always had pleasant experiences with building material stores since my husband is a contractor!

We received good quality work from good quality installers from USIG. Dan the manager was on top of both projects for us. He kept us up to date all the way. I appreciate when he went above and beyond for us, in order to get these projects finished in a timely manner. The outcome is beautiful!

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. WHY SET APPOINTMENTS NOT TO CALL OR SHOW?HOW HOME DEPOT CONTRACTS THESE PEOPLE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS FOR FLOORING ANYWHERE ELSE. WHEN I TOLD BRANDON, WHO "RUNS" THE STORE, I WOULD BE LEAVING A POOR GOOGLE REVIEW HIS RESPONSE WAS, "PERFECT"CAN YOU IMAGINE?????CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.

Home Depot installers...after two trips to install our floors they told us they were going to charge us an extra $350 to install the flooring on the top step. Hard to schedule, installers kept trying to get us to sign that the install was completed when it wasn't. Customer service doesn't answer the phone, and they kept pushing us for a 4 start rating on an unfinished job. second trip the installer tried to convince us to paint the stairs instead of installing the flooring we requested. we finally hired an outside contractor to finish the job. Flooring install which should have been done in 2 days max has now taken more than 3 months to finish.

If I could leave a negative 10 review I would. Worst company ever. We had a scheduled install for 4/25/2022. They came out to measure back in January, said the floor was level and we hired them to lay a tile floor in my kitchen. My kitchen cabinets and appliances are scheduled to be installed on 5/2/22 so my kitchen is totally gutted. They sent an email the day before to confirm so Monday morning at 8:30 the "regional operations manager " Brendan calls to tell me they have to reschedule me for 5/9. The man was sarcastic, condescending and was also eating and talking with his mouth full while on the phone. When he wouldn't give me an explanation and couldn't care less that I couldn't move my cabinet install because they dropped the ball. I got upset and raised my voice and he kept hanging up on me. I called the company that's doing my kitchen install and they called him so he scheduled me for the floor to be installed today. The installers show up and said my floor is unleveled and they can't do it now. I wish I would've read all these reviews before we paid in full. They have a habit of doing exactly this to a lot of people. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't use them to lay a throw rug in my house

This company was slated to come install tile today between 8am and 11am. Called at 11:15am and was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes. Not only did I not receive a call back— they said they’re no longer coming. They’ve been impossible to get in contact with and are not reliable. Do not book with them.

They install for Home Depot. The two carpet installers showed up at the very end of the window the company gave me. Upon entering the house they immediately said "It's too cold to install the carpet". Well, it was at least 50 degrees outside Dec. 30, 2021 and my thermostat said the interior temperature was 70. They left without doing the work. I immediately filed a complaint, but it took 11 days for the company to respond. No apology and no effort to fix the situation. They say they want customers to be "EXTREMELY SATISFIED", but these words are BS.
