The sales person Bryan is competent, professional and very thorough. He does not shy away from multiple questions and requests. Everything he promised as far as the delivery and subsequent rebates was fulfilled.

I had a repairman out (not from Bergey's) to tell me my fridge was dead. I went to Bergey's showroom and was told I would have my new fridge the next day or possibly that afternoon. It was there that afternoon!!! The young men delivering were very polite and courteous. Highly recommend.
