I am beyond frustrated with Cold Case Radiators.
I have now replaced FOUR (4) Cold Case radiators on my Jeep, and every single one has failed the exact same way. Each radiator has developed a leak from the same corner / seam area, indicating a clear manufacturing or design defect.
After installing the fourth radiator, I just discovered my Jeep is leaking AGAIN. At this point, this is no longer bad luck or installation error. This is a repeated failure pattern.
I wanted to believe in this product and gave it chance after chance, but four radiators leaking from the same spot is unacceptable. A radiator is a critical component, and repeated coolant leaks risk overheating, engine damage, and leave the vehicle unreliable.
Quality control appears to be severely lacking. I should not have to keep replacing radiators due to the same defect over and over again.
I cannot recommend Cold Case Radiators based on my experience. If you value reliability and don’t want to deal with constant leaks, look elsewhere.
Extremely disappointed.

On my second one
Bad quality control ,
1st one came all bent and not useable
2nd developd leaks after 7 months
I used on my 95 GMC Sierra k1500 and the old plastic one that also has a lead worked better than this for way less

I'd just like to say if there is anyone looking to upgrade their radiator i highly recommend cold case. They use dual 1in or 1.25in tubes depending on application. (S197 uses 1in) This is the second vehicle I've installed one in. First being a 6.2 yukon that I use to tow a camper. With that being said their customer service is even better. The radiator i recieved for my mustang was missing a mounting tab for the fan shroud. It took 4 days from the time I emailed about the problem to a new one being on my front porch. Probably would have been 3 if I had been home to provide the serial number off the first radiator. I understand that its damn near impossible to have 100% quality on everything thats sent out. So it's how do you take care of your customers afterwards.

Don't waste your time on purchasing any radiators from this company they are straight garbage the first radiator leaked within 6 months the second radiator leaked in 2 months and a third radiator leaked in 1 month I'm spending more money and shipping and in labor on getting them installed then the actual radiators worth the quality control absolutely blows and it's one of the most expensive radiators out there I'm expecting good quality if I'm spending good money I would understand if it was made in China for $50 but I'm almost paying $500 for crap read the rest of the comments and reviews they leak they have problems it's not just me do not buy these radiators

Worst service ever! The customer service is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I got an expert to help me with a radiator for my vehicle and he sent me the incorrect one. Then when I called they argued with me and said it was my fault. What??? I don’t not recommend this business. Rip offs and bad service

Purchased a radiator for my work truck, a month later it's leaking out of the manifold where the fins are welded in. They said they would send a replacment in a week. A week goes by and I call in for an update and now it's going to take at least another additional week. Still waiting, and trucks still down. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Regrettably, I paid their high price, it fell apart immediately (1st run) tangled itself into everything, causing extensive residual damage. Customer service? NON-EXISTANT

great looking rad but you do not make one for a forty ford with a chev engine. I was wrong ,they do make it and I have one in my 40 ford and it looks great.

They have blocked me on all social media platforms for sharing my experiences with this Chinese garbage and warranty hassle. Watch season 7 episode 13 of Roadkill Garage, even David Freiburger makes fun of the quality and poor fitment. ???Just go buy a Griffin..

Stay far away from this company! I went through 2 radiators in a matter of a year. Both radiators had the same issue and started leaking after about 3 months. They replaced the first one no questions asked then when I reached out about the 2nd one they wanted to charge me for shipping...ummm I don't think so why so in 3 months I can do it all over again. So much for life time warranty. So I did myself a favor and purchased a copper and brass radiator from summit cools just as good and no leaks after 3 months. Never would I recommend cold case to anyone.
