CVS Hatfield, PA has been my pharmacy/drug store for many years. Products are well stocked, store is clean and staff are courteous. Luv their coupons and easy self checkout. I am a satisfied regular customer.

I love this CVS. I shop here for all my drugstore needs. I like the idea of having coupons to use saving a couple dollars. I always find what I’m looking for and if not, they’ll get it in. The manager is friendly and always available. Hatfield CVS is a pleasant place to shop

Ordered from the store got it delivered and got charged fees i should bot have gotten charged tried calling customer service got cut off and not listened to poor service then put on hold and never picked back up

I had the terrible experience of my wallet being lifted out of my shopping cart at neighboring GIANT today in Hatfield. I was awaiting the Hatfield Police to arrive to report this incident, arranged to meet at CVS lot, when my scared adult special needs daughter wanted to wait inside the store. Carol, CVS manager/employee and Pharmacist, noticing her being scared and upset, comforted her and allowed her to sit inside while I dealt with filing the report. I cannot thank these 2 employees enough for being so kind and caring with my daughter while I filed a report with the Policeman.
Also, Carol's customer service shopping earlier in the am there was 5☆~ took the time to answer ?s had, pleasant and kind.

The person who answered the phone in their pharmacy today was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in my entire life. My CVS is without power at the moment I got transferred to them from my store because my store doesn’t have power. The lady that answered the phone was like I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Your store doesn’t have power. I said to her I need five prescriptions filled for tomorrow. Can you please fill them well your store should be open by then is what she said to me and I was like how do you know that? Because I can tell you right now the reason they don’t have power is because we had Really Bad storms here yesterday and I just got more alerts that were in for more crazy weather with high winds and what not. So that means that store potentially not have power back today. Yeah it does. It means exactly that I called the other CVS that is a little bit closer than this one and they were polite as could be to me on the phone, if you don’t like working in customer service, this is not the job for you. Find something else to do. You were not a nice person on the phone at all. I was being polite as I could be and you were deflecting your attitude off on me. I have reported this to the district management office for this store in particular and I also told them about the other CVS being very helpful. It seems like customer services is lacking at the CVS and this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the CVS the first time was with the front of the store, not being professional when I stopped in there on my way home from an appointment but now the pharmacy is just as unprofessional , I’m glad they’re not my store that I normally go to because I probably would’ve left by now. CVS do better.

I had previously gave this place a good rating but today my experience here was horrible. I needed help finding something. After looking around i found someone stocking the shelves. As soon as she saw me walking towards her she rudely yelled “I’m not working right now” I literally saw her stocking the shelves

Having worked in Retail over 50 years I know how customers are always anxious to complain and rarely if ever comment on the good. Two years ago when I moved to this area I would agree customer service was not good. On my last several visits over several months it has been fine. Give them a break, it's not easy dealing with the public and try once in a while to say thank you!

The customer service here is abysmal. As a former employee of CVS, I was shocked how poor the customer service was. We went to return a few items that were unused and still had tags on them and were told by the supervisor Kathy, who was rude and unprofessional, to come back the next day and speak to the manager since we had no receipt. We came back the next day and spoke to Tom, the manager, who refused to refund our items for a store credit, stating that since they are holiday items, they are non-refundable. He was rude and very dismissive. We left and went to the CVS down the street, who took our stuff back without an issue. What a horrible place. I will never be back here and cannot believe corporate has not intervened with how rudely they talk to customers there. No wonder they have such a bad rating on google.

Workers don't help the customers, had to ask the lady about something to show me where her answer was she is busy and she had nothingSo sad if this is the way to help the customer on CVS

I never really had a positive experience with the pharmacy. There is an older lady with brown hair who I’ve made a compliant about before because she is rude and disrespectful when I was just trying to find out if they had my prescription for my son. There is a young lady there as well who was amazing and even apologized for her co worker which she didn’t have to do but realized the wrong doing of her co worker. I tried to call the store and the supervisor on was no help, she told me there was nothing she could do before I even told her why I was calling, she was rude and didn’t even say her name or title when she answered the phone so I’m not even sure if I talked to an official manager. This CVS sucks and I will be changing locations.

Ok es said until 10 I get there at 9:50 pm and the person in charge didn’t open the door. I was knocking the door and she and the musulmán girl just ignored me!!! This is un respectful and unethical if you guys posted an schedule just follow it!
