I had a really disappointing experience at this Dollar Tree. The lady working there was giving me some pretty weird looks, almost like she was sizing me up or something. It was really uncomfortable, and the worst part is she did it right out in the open where all the other customers could see. Normally, I'm a big fan of Dollar Tree, but after that, I'm not going back to this particular store. The vibe was just off, and I didn't feel welcome at all.

This Dollar Tree next to the Walmart in Hatfield was very well stocked and clean. Isles were clear and organized. Both staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

I will never shop at Hatfield Dollar tree again. The register lady of Hatfield is unbelievably rude. I tried to use some coins to pay part of the purchase. The lady shouted repeatedly in a very rude tone, “We get coins from banks, not from customers. Do you understand you need to put the coins into rolls before using them? Do you understand?” She emphasized this is a store manager rule. I understand counting coins takes time, but this is not the reason to be so rude and refuse to accept the loose coins. I felt so insulted and left the store without buying anything. Later today, I went to the dollar tree in North Wales. I explained the situation to the lady in North Wales store, she gladly accepted the coins. Even when I offered to pay part of the purchase with card, she tried to comfort me: “No worries, we do need coins. “

There is a rude female employee who throws the bags!Today I shopped with my wife.The cash register was empty and as soon as she arrived, she started to complain to us because of the items in the hand basket on the cash register tape.Although my wife took the items out of the basket, she quickly took the basket and took the basket away while continuing to complain to us.We patiently completed the shopping and left.She is very rude and stressed!

Encountered a very rude, unprofessional employee at this location. Better off going to the one of many other dollar tree locations in the area than spending your time at this poorly serviced one.

Danielle was great. I was looking for a specific item that they did not have in stock at this location. Danielle took my name and number and said that she would call when they had it in. Danielle did call me after she went to another store herself and bought it for me and brought it to the store for me to get. How nice was that??? Above and beyond! I thought that customer service was a thing in the past. Thanks, Danielle, for making me believe again that there are still good people out there!!!

Stay far away from this store. While waiting in the line the cashier was busy talking to her friend while moving at a snail’s pace. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but it’s always a hassle shopping at this location!
