Normally a positive experience here, nice friendly staff. Website says they open at 8:00am but the sign on the door says they don’t open until 9am which threw my schedule. I was counting on being able to get in there early. Fix website please

The lady that cut my hair, completely ruined it. Uneven in some spots, when she “layered” my hair you can actually see when she cut it since it was cut in chunks! Definitely don’t recommend her to anymore (forgot her name) she had blond hair and piercings, first station on the left when you walk in.

Updating...they fired Heather so will never be back here again. There's a reason you get shitty haircuts here because they're told to keep it to a time limit. So even if u have long hair it has to be done fast. Doesn't matter if it looks good just once time is up you've got what you got. Which is why we always waited for Heather she takes pride in her work so you don't walk out never wanting to return. Good luck this is 2 customers you've lost. But you kept the miserable and ignorant manager who didn't even acknowledge me when I said Hi to her and was outside or in the back the whole time we were there.
Heather is great! Love how she cuts my hair. The manager is awful and is always listening in to our conversations. If it wasn't for Heather I would go somewhere else. You can tell the manager doesn't like her. I put 3 stars because of the management but Heather is 5 stars!! Get rid of that manager and I'll make it 5.

The guy with tattoos ruined my son's hair. He missed some spot and didn't cut properly. Very terrible. Won't be coming back because of this.
