They were a very good company
They were bought out by liberty propane and now the service is very bad
I ordered propane on 1-13-2025 and on 1-21-2025 we ran out completely
I will be replacing this company today

BEST propane company in my area. Former customer of a bought out company that lacked customer service skills and price gouged. Green propane is phenomenal for pricing, customer service and service in emergencies. Highly recommend!

18degrees outside, propane is empty and we can’t get it filled not even with an automatic payment set in place to pay the balance of a lousy $245 then told I’ll need to pay a same day service fee plus a leak check fee. Which I wouldn’t need if they weren’t forcing us to freeze over 3 days ?

A guy that works for another gas company referred us to green propane, we are so glad we found this company. Service is great, very professional, and responsive. The prices are GREAT! I highly recommend green propane.

Four years ago, when my local propane supplier got bought by a big corporation and service went down and prices went up, I knew I needed to change. I called around and talked to friends and learned of Green Propane, still a family run business. They have been great. I have no supply issues, their rates are reasonable and every one I have dealt with in the organization has been terrific. I would give them more stars if they were available.

This company is all about GREED and PROFIT, not customer service. Very poor customer service. No communication and no focus on the customer. Stay away from Green Propane!

I contacted Green Propane early in 2021. Of course, the supply chain problems were an issue. That said, Green kept me informed, set a date for installation, and followed through impeccably. The crew were professional, thorough, and friendly.Another big plus for me is that they are a local, family owned business whose services exceeded their promises. The staff and work crew, including the secretary, were always professional and polite. WONDERFUL!

These guys are fantastic. My generator was very low and about to run out. I called all around town and nobody could fill me on short notice. Green propane was able to help me out within a few hours. The gentlemen that came were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm never using anybody other than green propane forever! Thank you!!!

After dissatisfaction with my previous "American" gas propane provider (I think you can figure out who I mean). After 18 years I decided to leave. I purchased my previously rented underground tank from my prior supplier, and switched to Green Propane in 2017. I felt that I had made the right decision. After the past couple of weeks of Green Propane's service, there is not doubt in my mind that it was the right decision.I developed a small leak at my float gauge flange O-ring that needed to be addressed. Todd (from Green Propane) came out to my house to take a look after talking to him earlier and texting him a pic of the leak (bubbles using soapy water). Based on current tank level and some estimated consumption rates, Todd said he be out in five days when the tank was near empty to address the leak (on a Sunday!). On Sunday Todd and Jarret showed up to repair the leak. Clearly both of them were knowledgeable in a number of ways to address the leak. It took some significant physical effort on both humans and tools, but they were able to get a new float gauge installed into my 25 year-old tank. Their knowledge, perseverance, and ingenuity resulted in my tank being repaired and leak free. It cost me about $750 to buy my tank from my prior "American" gas propane provider, but I'm glad I did. Green Propane's very competitive propane pricing, and "above and beyond" customer service, have made my decision to switch a no brainer!

WOW! I don't know where me and my family would be without the very knowledgeable and helpful team at Green Propane! They were so quick to react to our issues following the storms and flooding! Despite working several long days in a row responding to emergencies, Josh was still so helpful and always had a smile on his face! It was great being able to use a family owned and operated business for all of my propane needs!

Definitely recommend!! Have had them come in to swap out our empty gas tanks - explained our current servicer was not answering our calls and we were out of gas. They were very quick, took care of the tanks the same day!
Next, we called them for a refill after a month. They were swamped with calls for gas refills. We were worried about the delivery with the storm coming - but they were awesome - they filed the tanks before the onset of the storm.
