Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill. Above and beyond any mechanic I've dealt with in the past. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend you service your vehicle at this garage. I just had my water pump and wheel barring replaced and my car runs like it is brand new. Thank you so much for your help I had been to other garages in the area and none compare to this garage. Again I thank you, I’ll be back .

Definitely coming back here again! They fixed my wheel bearing after Ive been going back and forth with a different auto shop for two months about the issue. They took photos and sent a video of what needed to be replaced which is super helpful and they are very friendly as well!

Highly recommended! I came across J’s Auto due to legal reasons (interlock maintenance etc.) and they have been the best both professionally and with helping me with my legal requirements. They have been nothing short of flexible and hen scheduling as I work first shift and the cost for service and other maintenance is not as expensive as most places. Very nice staff and they are very knowledgeable in repair work!

Great service. Great communication. I love that they keep in touch without you having to call several times. They were willing to dive into my Cadillac when the dealership had me chasing my tail. Some places don’t want to touch your 15 year old car but they were happy to help. Now she runs like the day I brought her home. I recommend J’s to anyone, especially those who are tired of mechanics and dealers wasting your time.

I have a 1995 Cadillac Eldorado that was in need of a head gasket. I wanted the NorthStar Performance kit installed I got the recommendation from Jake Wiebe's at NorthStar performance. After talking to John i knew he was going to do a good job. He took on the job along with a lot more work that had to be done. I shipped my car from Ct after speaking to John. J's Auto was the best repair service I have ever experienced. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Christine was available for updates. They were outstanding. I got my car back and it really runs like new I would highly recommend J's Auto to anyone looking for a quality repair shop They were super friendly and Very Professional. Granted, I've only been there once. I just bought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 off the lease and decided not to schlep an hour to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. J's is convenient to my home, got me an appointment for the next morning, and has really good reviews. Now I know why.My simple maintenance appointment turned out to be a not-so-simple oil leak caused by a cracked cylinder head — a known issue for the car, but not by me. They took a ton of time, communicated regularly, and in the end sent me back to the dealer because the issue is covered under warranty.The following week, Christine checked in to see how the car was doing — I'll have it back today — and I told her that their diagnostics were spot-on.
