My first visit here was flawless and no issues. I went here today and the rep in the store lacked knowledge of Cali Vapes. I asked for a specific flavor, Frozen Lush, and he said that flavor never existed, while I had one in my car. He said that I was wrong and I had a knock off, which happens a lot. (Ok sure, probably true). He had a frozen watermelon in stock and said they are the same flavor. He then went to Cali website and found that I was correct and he was not and all I got was a shoulder shrug and he continued to say that “it’s the same flavor per the website”. I showed him my Cali vape with the frozen lush and DIFFERENT colors compared to the frozen watermelon and he just stared at me, shrugged his shoulders and said “ok”.
**He’s a vape guy, I’m not, ok he probably knows more than me**.
Sure I’ll take it if you say that it’s the same flavor as frozen lush.
I open the box and lo and behold, ITS A DIFFERENT FLAVOR.
I walked back into the store and informed him that it is in fact NOT the same flavor. Frozen lush tastes like a slushie, this frozen watermelon takes like a mix of a watermelon mouth wash. He responds with “oh well that’s more flavor for you then!”. I said no not really, I don’t like it. He shrugs his shoulders again and I left the store.
Absolutely won’t go back here. If you read this, sir, be receptive to the fact that you MIGHT NOT know everything and apologize when you are proven wrong after you chose to die on your throne.

There's a good selection of juice there but the customer service was lacking. I tried to ask for recommendation but the guy working at the counter was unprofessional and basically disregarded my question. Won't be back and wouldn't suggest going there if you don't have any other option.

Chase is the man. Needed my fav juice. Problem is they don't carry it. Not only did they order it, they ordered 10 bottles so they don't run out. Service to me was top notch.

Love this shop. They are very friendly and super helpful. The flavors they offer are delicious, fairly priced and a very friendly environment. Every employee I've come across these has gone out of their way to assist me and to make sure I asked for the correct item. Definitely stop in here. I drive by probably a dozen vape shops to and from work and I wait every week to go to this one.

I purchased a Novo3 starter kit Monday and by Friday it was not working. Tried both pods the second pod worked for a day. Very dissatisfied.
