This store used to be good, the worst return policy I've ever seen! I purchased a husqvarna weed Wacker 2 months ago and had multiple problems. I went in to return it and I was denied! I was told by asm Dylan that there's a 30 day return policy on them and that i had to take it to a dealer for repair. Wth. Now I have go out of my way for a defective product they sold me? Bs. Buyer beware. 30 year customer here and I'm done.

Had an online order and was ready for pick up by 7:55am. It shows only 1 item available in there store. Was on my way there already and got an email that my order was canceled at 1:24pm. They’re supposed to hold it for 7 days and it hasn’t been half a day yet and they sold it to someone else already.

They claim they price match but the girl at the customer service counter makes up model numbers and says no other store but Lowe's sells that item. Walmart and Target sells the EXACT SAME ITEM cheaper but claims the model number is different. I show you the EXACT one with the same numbers and she makes up BS to not honor their own policy. If you dont want to do your job then go get a different one!! There are good people that work at this store but she causes issues every time I try to return something or anything that makes her work even a little

The prices at Lowe’s are consistently higher than other home improvement stores. I’ve compared multiple items and found better deals and wider selection at Home Depot. Lowe’s just doesn’t offer the same value for the money, especially when you’re working on a budget. If you’re looking to save and get better service, I’d recommend checking out Home Depot instead.

Yet another great Lowe’s experience. The complete opposite of the Quakertown team. Woody was beyond exceptional and exceeded our needs. Woody was qualified and knew what he was talking about. He assisted in cutting 250!!!!!!!!! Feet of electrical wire. He went out of his way to help us and made our experience great. He reassured us that it was not “time consuming” (like the Quakertown team referred to it). He instead referred to it as “fun”. A great man who refers to his job as fun. Woody is a member anyone should want on his team and be proud of. Thank you Woody!!!! :) We will for sure be back to this Lowe’s.

I apologize. I left a review here last week saying this store needed some work and only gave it a 3-star review.
I thought I was posting for different Lowe's locations. I am revising my review for this location.
As a contractor who visits Lowe's frequently, this store is run top-notch. They are on point here. The customer service desk is run well. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. The Mill work desk is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Avoid buying any of their installed services. I bought a new front door October of 2023 for over $10,000. I was told it would take 4 weeks to come in. They ordered the door the wrong size multiple times. The guy in doors lied multiple times blaming the factory. It was 100% him making the mistakes. It took until May of 2024 for them to come install the door. When they did install the door it was damaged and a chunk of the door was broken off at the lock. They said they would order another door. It is now July of 2024 and they have yet to order another door. I have spoken to the store, installed services and gotten absolutely no where. The amount of my time that this store has wasted is absolutely infuriating. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!! AVOID MY NIGHTMARE

It's ok hard to find help and they don't really train anyone anymore so if you need anything that isn't a screwdriver or hammer they usually do t know what ur talking about .
