I have consistently come here for about 3 years now. After I discovered luxicure, I have never gone elsewhere to get my nails done, nor will I ever! I love the atmosphere, as well as all of the techs!

I'd give a zero if I could for the way they treated my wife. So rude. Listened to nothing my wife wanted, just complained the entire time; as if an appointment was an inconvenience for them. Wife just wanted out, and we saw they charged her for things she did not even get. NEVER AGAIN. This was their last shot. Its a shame - they do good work but they are SO rude. Do not waste your time or money.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. my nails so so much. first time getting my nails done and everyone was so nice and sweet and accommodated to what i wanted. i will definitely be coming back here! thank you so much!

I have gone twice now, and I've had Annie both times, and she does an amazing job, it's clear that she is experienced and that she enjoys what she does. I'll definitely be continuing to go here to get my nails done! I used to go somewhere else, and they were very rude and didn't do a very good job, and then charged the same amount, but this is a much better experience!

Had my nails refilled and decorated by Connie. Nails chipped immediately, then two broke in under a week. I went back to fix the nails and they charged me again. The next few days more broke. I love the decoration, but I didn’t agree with them charging me For a nail fix on their work. It’s a shame because a lot of people I work with go here say it’s great.

Everytime I have made an appt I was called the day of my appt to see if I could come earlier or advised I could head to the salon.. customers make the appt for the time they can make it or the appt would have been scheduled earlier. I'll find Services that can actually do the time I ask for and not ask me to come earlier or try and move my appt the day of.

I was recommended to Luxicure for my bridal party with my girls to get our hands and feet done. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place sooner. FYI THEY ARE BYOB. Get your wine glasses ready !

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Came here for the first time for my vacation nails. I read the review for this place some bad but mostly good. So I gave it a try and I am not disappointed. I absolutely love my nails. My tech was so nice and she know what the hell she doing . I found my new nail spot !!! I’m so happy with my nails. The shape is everything to me and they got in to the tea !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Thank you Luxicure!!!

Extremely Rude!
I recently visited Luxicure Nail Solon in Hatfield PA, and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff member who attended to me was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a condescending tone and acted as if my questions were a nuisance.
Their unprofessional behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this was far from the case. I will not be returning to Luxicure and do not recommend it to others.

If you are looking for a good quality experience with great customer service, do not come here!
This was my first and last visit to this shop. From the moment I walked in until the end of my appointment, the atmosphere was overwhelmingly negative. I received a pedicure, which was passable, but the full set of nails I got was a disaster. They were uneven, some nails had different shape. Very rushed. When I asked one of the employees about the pricing another employee interjected the conversation in a very nasty way. They are not worth the pricing nor the time.

This was my first and last time going to this shop. Coming into the shop and throughout my appointment there was such a negative tone. I received a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was fine. However, as for my full set, the nails are uneven and not all the same shape. It was very rushed. The staff was very rude. When I asked one of the employees about the pricing another employee interjected the conversation in a very nasty way. I am disappointed with the experience as a whole especially since I am paying $50 for such a simple full set. If you are looking for a good quality experience that looks and feels nice, do not come here.

I was there last October to get my nails painted orange. I had a pedicure and a manicure. They were pleasant nail techs. However, they were very careless. My nail tech filed down my cuticles with a huge, sharp, brand new buffer. I told her that it was very painful and that it hurt. She told me to relax and that I was fine. She was extremely rough with my hands. I moved on and paid then I went home . I had pain while at work on my middle finger of my right hand and I looked at it . It was puffy red and swollen ! I immediately called my doctor and went in to see her . I had a really bad reoccurring cuticle infection . I just had my nails done yesterday and my cuticle is hurting still . I had to take antibiotics for a long time until infection cleared . This was unnecessary and I hope no one else experiences this while getting gel nails. I do not recommend using this nail salon. Stay far away! I’m still suffering a year later.
