Salesman was very nice and tentative. Unfortunately they couldn’t compete with Sloane Toyota in Glenside. Similar car without a $1200 option but saved $4,300. After a few emails I didn’t hear back. I do get automated emails but perhaps they thought I wasn’t gong to buy a car.

My salesperson Lee was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout my entire buying experience at Peruzzi Toyota. I drove from New Jersey to buy a vehicle I was interested in on their lot. Appreciating the distance I had traveled… They did not waste my time haggling back-and-forth rather…. They offered me a more than fair deal for both the trade-in of my current vehicle, as well as the purchase of the new vehicle on their a lot. I would recommend this dealership, even if It means driving a considerable distance to get there.

After purchasing a car on Saturday from professional sale Molhem , went home to check documents and saw $1795 for protection added on the deal without any explanation!!!
Frustrated all weekend called them Monday 1st thing in morning , accountant Jeff yelling at me saying you already signed and it’s Peruzzi policy! When I insisted that I didn’t have any idea about it and You asked me to sign on iPad without showing what I signed for, he continued yelling telling me they will refund me after 3 years at the end of the contract and telling me DONT PURCHASE AGAIN FROM Peruzzi !!!!
I think there call are recorded!!
Escalated complaint to Toyota told team management will call me , never happened
Never ever recommend again and not recommend to anyone

I wanted to share my frustration with sales and service departments at this dealership. We had a wonderful salesman, but the person who sold us the Warranty told us we wouldn't have to worry at all regarding the upkeep of this vehicle. We had a chip in the windshield. They fixed it at new cost, but within a month or two, it cracked again in the same spot and would not be covered. Most recently we had damage to passenger side front and back rims and tires. We had purchased the Tire Plan extended warranty but was not honored again.
I will never go back to this unprofessional dealership

I was looking for a Highlander CPO. The Toyota website provided all dealers inventory. Contacted Peruzzi after 8 on Monday and had response by 9am Tuesday. This was fastest and most accurate response I had received. By 11:30 i had driven car and made decision. Returned at 3, took delivery and am very pleased. Dave was very informative and nice to deal with. In my lifetime I have purchased over 20 cars at dealers. This was best experience ever.

My experience was very pleasant. It’s the second time I’ve purchased a car from Peruzzi and my experience has been they are not very pushy, answer the questions appropriately and give you space to decide with the data provided.
The salesperson I dealt with went out of their way to accommodate and answer my questions and make me feel comfortable.
I would give the dealership an A+.

I was interested in purchasing a Toyota. I started with talking to Valery in Internet Sales, she was wonderful & so friendly. She set up an appointment for me & reserved the vehicle I was interested in. At the dealership the front desk people were friendly. I was greeted by Alex Rosenfeld who was so awesome!! He was definitely the right salesman for me. I went alone & Alex made me feel at ease & my nervousness immediately disappeared. He was friendly, helpful, & just a great guy!! I also ment Evan who handled the final paperwork & he was just as awesome! Alex took the time went over everything with me in my new vehicle & even took the time to call me the next day to make sure I liked my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Perruzzi Toyota to anyone!! Thank to Valery, Evan & especially Alex!!

Molham Elsayed and Jeff Rowe were fantastic to work with. I had made an impulsive decision to buy a different vehicle earlier on this year and regretted it pretty much right away. These two helped me get into my new (to me) car and the process was about as enjoyable as it could be from start to finish. Truthfully, I can say I understand why this dealership is rated so highly and I can guarantee you I’ll be back when I finally break down and buy the Toyota Sienna I so desperately need.

Had a truly wonderful experience at Peruzzi Toyota. I have never personally bought a car from a dealer, only ever either taken hand me downs or bought used from family. Dave Eichelberger (salesman) walked me through the process, addressed every concern of mine, and genuinely made the experience comfortable. Hopefully I won't ever need to buy a new vehicle (we all know I will at some point), I will be checking Peruzzi Toyota's lineup before anywhere else. This dealer reassured me that good dealerships still exist you may just need to drive 2 hours to find them. Keep up the great work Peruzzi and thank you again Dave!

My fiancé and I came into Peruzzi Toyota in a tough situation when it came to qualifying for a car, but the staff never gave up on us. They worked tirelessly until we were in a vehicle that met our needs, and the experience we had was above and beyond what we ever expected.
Our salesperson, Manoj Godika, was incredible. He gave us the time and space to explore multiple options, helped us separate our wants from our needs, and even took us on several test drives until we found the right fit. Manoj is warm, welcoming, and genuine, less like a salesman and more like someone you can relate to on a personal level. He is without a doubt one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met, and an amazing asset to the Peruzzi team.
The sales manager, Steve, was straightforward and honest from start to finish. He walked us through the potential costs versus where we wanted our monthly payment to be and never hid information or tried to mislead us. His transparency and determination to make the numbers work made a huge difference and made this process so much smoother than we imagined.
The business manager, Jeff Rowe, also stood out as one of the best finance managers I’ve ever met. Even before we sat down to sign paperwork, he came out to the showroom to explain warranty coverage and options, without any pressure. Once we were ready, the paperwork process was fast, easy, and painless, we were in and out in under 15 minutes. That kind of efficiency and honesty is rare and deserves to be recognized.
To the Peruzzi team as a whole: thank you for taking two Honda lessees who walked in uncertain, and not only making it possible for us to drive away in a Toyota Camry we love, but also giving us peace of mind with a strong warranty and genuine customer care. As a lifelong Honda driver, I can confidently say you’ve turned me into a Toyota driver, and my next cars will be from Peruzzi Toyota.

Was very happy working with Nasser to get a brand new Toyota Sienna. These cars are hard to get, but Nasser was able to get me the exact spec I wanted within 3 weeks of putting a deposit down. Very satisfied with their honest business.
