“Great neighborhood pet supply store in our area. I will never go into a big box store again after finding dogs & cats 2 years ago. Their staff take their time with you if need suggestions or have questions. They helped me pick out a food for my dog with terrible sensitive skin & allergies and their food suggestions helped him and his skin immediately - it cleared with no problems since. Their homemade dog bakery selection is adorable, we buy a “cake” every birthday for our dog as well.”

“I'm really struggling to understand where any of these bad reviews are coming from. I have a major suspicion that they're competitors or just people suffering from entitlement that didn't have their butts kissed upon arrival. Every single time I come here to get my rabbit's nails clipped or to purchase food for my healthy tarantula (which I bought here with guidance), the staff have been so helpful and friendly. The entire store is always kept clean and the habitats for the animals is some of the best natural husbandry I've seen aside from Cuboid Nature (an aquarium store in PA). I drive the extra 15 minutes because I love the staff and the cleanliness and beauty of the enclosures.”
“My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.”

I have done that. They have savings club that is great and easy to join. Employees there are very friendly and help you even carry out your packages.All the flower for fall are out and blooming. Beautiful, colorful flowers.All Christmas decorations and ornaments are 50 percent off. Big sale on everything Christmas.”

“The owners of Bark Ave are knowledgeable and very friendly! We originally went in as one of our dogs coats had always been flaky and we couldn’t get ahead of it. Debbie recommended food changes and that felt like a good place to start. By the end of the first bag we saw a difference in her skin and as a bonus her eye mucus also cleared up. We now include raw in their diet and our dogs health and appearance is noticeable improved. Great store too!”
“I seriously cannot thank Erica (the manager) and Pets Plus enough! I was having trouble with my newly adopted aggressive reactive Pit Bull mix. I had run out of hope and literally did not know where to turn. I had gone in for a muzzle and came out with that and so much more. I left with new found hope and reassurance that my dog will be okay once he receives the proper training and time. Thank you so much Erica!
