“Very nice, polite and helpful. Went to 2 previous post offices, one on Horsham Rd and the other on Markley St. they were unbelievably rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appt for a passport renewal. Those people are just lazy. The one was excellent on Doylestown rd awesome.”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

And I want to tell you something. They were nothing but helpful and got me my key and changed my mailbox right away. The Us Post office in North Wales, PA, they really do try to help you and make life a little easier for you.
I can't thank enough for their excellent service.

That said, if you're coming in at a busy time, and you see a lack of staff at the counter, the only one to blame is postmaster general DeJoy (you know, the one who received his position thanks to his political donations), as he has been cutting positions en masse across the nation.”
