Jessica, in the frozen food section, went out of her way to help my kids & I find my husband’s favorite cake! She was so kind, so helpful, and truly went above and beyond. That girl deserves a raise!

Went to Wawa yesterday to buy soda and a two bags of chips which came out to about 14 something and their system charged me $38 when I went to talk to the employee they just said oh I don’t know why

This is the third time I’ve received moldy produce from ShopRite through a mobile order. I reached out to customer service for a refund and was transferred between multiple departments. I was initially told I’d receive a refund, but then received a call stating they wouldn’t issue it unless I came to the store in person. This is incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering online.

If I could give ZERO stars for THIS Shoptite, I would. Tag under a full rack of Doritos stated 3 bags for $9 final price (top rack 6 bags across). When I was charged $3.99 per bag, I went to Jessica P in customer service. We walked to the aisle where she said the tag was old as the UPC was different. She stated she would inform the store manager. I did not get 3 for $9 - the current sale was 4 for $10 - next tag over, so I had to purchase another one. A senior citizen, I didn't have my reading glasses - evidently, the small abbreviated item name was different.
Any other store would honor a tag under the items - she removed the misleading tag immediately.
If you shop at this location, you'd better check the UPC labels and read the small print on any tag. BRING YOUR READING GLASSES.
I won't be coming back to this location. Weis Market has better prices anyway - especially for canned cat food ($.16 per can higher at Shoprite). And, when Weis has 2 for or 3 for sales, you don't have to buy 2 or 3 items unless specified on the tag - you can buy 1 item for the sale price. SHOP AT WEIS MARKET INSTEAD - you'll save money.

This store is so run down. For the prices that they charge, You would figure, they'll have money for maintenance. This store is in incredible need of maintenance and repair? And None of the employees seemed like they even wanted to be there.

Horrible place you go in there for sale items on the first day and they don't have product. What kind of manager does not order product in the day before.

I was visiting from another state and thought this shoprite was wonderful. Very clean and well stocked and wasn't busy.

Honestly everything in this store is so expensive. Poor quality 6"-7" hoagies are now $6.99??? Landis Markets are a much better value, for the same price you're getting at least a full 12" with all the veggies.

Stay away from their hot take out bar. stopped by for a quick lunch from their hot bar. Sat at my desk to eat and the Tso Chicken was way under cooked also got some coconut chicken it was the same. Absolutely disgusting. The eggroll was soggy and gross this is the second time I tried the hot bar last time it was nasty too.
Save your money go somewhere else.
