Ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Spanial’s. They started the install shortly after coming in for my appointment and had me on my way after about an hour. I appreciate their flexibility and great prices. Will certainly return and recommend them to others.

Simply the best shop in the area especially if you own European cars. As a bmw nerd, it was refreshing to talk to Brian about niche Euro car stuff, talking to Tom is always a pleasure and today Brad was nice enough to give me a ride home in his personal car after i dropped mine off for service and didn’t have anyone to drive me back. Glad to say i finally found a local indy shop to take care of my M-sport LCI F10 with the N55 (will make sense if you know bmws).
Work done so far: valve cover, both front cv axles (my car is xdrive), both front lower control arms, AC blower motor, and all 4 brakes and rotors.
Hope this helps if you’re trying to find a local indy shop to service your bmw.

A few years back I went to Spanial's at the recommendation to ask them to replace a part. They told me not to do it and take to the dealer for programming. They said they would do it, but a waste of money. I always remembered they did right by me so now I needed a repair on my BMW. They did amazing work, on time and the car NEVER ran better since I owned it. The price was fair and they even charged less than quoted. They were professional, honest and the entire team I met seemed happy. That's a big plus today! I will take every repair job to them for now often. Honest and skilled at what they do. LOVE THEM!

Best Group of people I have come across ever!
These guys helped me so much! I am so grateful to them. My name is Murk Daddy I am an independent artist you can follow me on YouTube! They had no idea who I was. My car broke down directly across the street and the pastor of the church directed me to them. At first he looked at the car and told me it would be about $400 bucks and I said ok. But actually I only had half at the time and that was it. I put all my money into my music and production TRYING TO BETTER MY SELF AND MY SITUATION. I told the guy at the counter I didn’t have the money and I probably would have to do something illegal to get it by TODAY! THIS WAS THIS MORNING PEOPLE! I told him I was an hour and a half from home and had no family or friends near by to get help. He asked if I had explained this to the mechanic I said, NO. He didn’t say anything to him either while I was there. He continued to talk to me and ask me about my life and my situatIon and we talked for about an hour as I waited for a ride. I told him how I was changing my life and doing right and taking care of my children! After I left to go make the other $200 about 3 hours later I get a call that the car is done and to be there by 5 before close. I knew I wasn’t gonna make the money in time, but I didn’t say anything about it because I still was gonna try! And right before he hung up the phone he said to me “ I heard about your situation and I know you need your car for your family and work. I wanna help you out NOT HURT YOU MAN! You got a lot of stuff needs to be fixed on your car. The reverse was not working so I topped off all the fluids and added some oil. You need to get this this and this fixed and your good. OH ANDJUS GIVE ME $109!” When I tell you my heart went through the floor. I was so shocked and so relieved at the same time. I have never, ME, been in an area like I was in around the people I was around and been treated the way I was treated! NEVER! These are people of GOD you hear me. And they ain’t to be messed with. Let’s not nothing harm any of them and may Allah bless them in abundance for the favor they showed me. Inshah Allah! I don’t care how far away you are go here! This is the kind of service that makes somebody a customer for life! THANK YOU GUYS!

I was in a long drive from Canada to Washington DC last month, and my skid plate went loose hitting the ground on highway. I searched for nearby service centers for simply removing the plate so I can continue my journey. Everyone declined until I found an angel working on this shop who helped us removing the plate in 10 min and our DC tour was successful.
I offered money, which he refused to accept.

Great from start to finish!
I needed my car inspected, but I didn't have anyone to drop me off, so I found the spaniels less than 2 miles away. I got it scheduled, I arrived at the assigned time, Brad drove me home, and I waited for a call that my car was ready and I was to be picked up. Had a good chat with both gentlemen in the office, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am in the market for a new car, and before I buy it, I will bring it to them to inspect. They are my new service station!

I recently relocated to the area and was looking for a reliable mechanic. Spanials had great reviews and a long service record (25 years in business). I appreciate that they were thorough and told me honestly what I needed to have repaired and what was optional. I love the low pressure advice! I had a great first experience at Spanials and will be returning for future automotive fixes!!
