30 year customer, forgot my debit card , would not let me cash my own check (200.00) with necessary ID from my own account . At this branch .. Terrible

Went in to open a additional account, have banked with them for 15+yrs. They only had one banker working the lobby so I expected a wait. She was working w a couple. At the 30min mark another couple comes in, one person in their group was elderly and disabled. ONLY brining up because of what happened next. The banker made a point to walk over to all of us saying," I'll be with the next couple in 10 min I'm doing a business account set up" Everyone was understanding. MORE people come in... Now at the HOUR waiting mark. Now she glides over and takes the new couple that came in at Noon.. because they had an appointment
Did she NOT know she had an appointment coming in at noon? She should have told us especially seeing the second couple who clearly had a difficult time sitting do to age and disabilities.. NOPE she chose to be unprofessional and targeted our group of people..
Totally needs to be spoken to. This boarders on selective bias.

Waited literally a hour for a banker only told be told they would be taking the people that had just walked in because they had an appointment. This was after 45 minutes in I was assured it would only be another 10 minute wait. Here is an idea... Look at your schedule and let walk ins know if you can actually help them in a timely manner. Poorly run bank, complete joke!

The customer service here is either excellent or absolutely horrible, depending on who you get. Unfortunately, the horrible customer service happened at the absolute worst time when their help was really needed. Two days later, I went in again to get this problem resolved, and I was treated with kindness, and they resolved my issue quickly.

Saturday, February 4, 2023; a long line at cashier site. But only 1 person in the cashier section.. other one serving the drive through .. so to deposit or withdraw we had to wait half an hour which is not acceptable. It’s a common sense that on Saturday, people are not doing job, so it’ll be crowded at the bank than oder weekdays… so the manager should schedule more employees in cashiers section than other day..
