I tripped and fell onto my LG Gram Laptop resulting in damage to the case and a screen that was shot. Pree evaluated it for me and outlined the pros and cons of a repair and some of the possible technical difficulties that could be encountered with a laptop of this thin design. I felt comfortable with him as an honest person and gave him the go-ahead. Pree and his team fixed the laptop for a fair price. Pree is knowledgeable, engaging, patient, and definitely worth giving a shout out to if you need a computer repair.

Where do I start?! Pre is extremely detailed and knowledgeable! I was in need of a shared storage solution, he asked the right questions, came back with a very reasonably priced solution and received delivery within 2 weeks! Will definitely be coming back and using Techfix!!

Have no fear with these guys, Prie was very professional and upfront with me with my laptop repair. I have a Digital Storm Gaming laptop and he had diagnoses for my problem right off the gate when I told him what was going on. He had my laptop inspected and fixed within 36hrs after my “walk-in” appointment. Additionally, he gave me lots of recommendation for additional hardware that wasn’t overwhelming. 10/10 will back.

This is amazing service, you can really get any kind of computer work or mobile work done. I personally got an upgraded hard drive to 1tb instead of just my 450 hard drive, he then also added an extra RAM chip. The response time was super fast and and he was answered all of my questions, using laymen terms. If you ask me, check this company out if you need any kind of work done for any of your electronicle device.

Had a great xps laptop that a friend installed the wrong battery in a few years back. Keys weren’t working, ran slowly, never held a charge so i hadn’t used it for years. In less than a day they had it fixed up and working perfectly! I’ve been using it daily and it holds a full charge and runs smooth. They fixed my issues right up and saved me a ton of money. Would highly recommend for a cost-effective fix with friendly service.

Techfix is definitely the place to go if you need to get your laptop/pc fixed. Brought in a laptop with slight water damage and was having sound issues. Techfix gave me a detailed consultation and quick follow-ups if anything happened while they were repairing. They also charged a pretty reasonable rate compared to most shops I saw in the area. I would definitely come back again if I had any laptop/computer issues.

Technician was friendly, easy to communicate with, followed through with everything he said he would do, and worked efficiently. He was extremely patient with me - with all my questions and confusion. He gave good advice for purchasing a printer. Concerning the repair and set-up of my computer, he told me what I didn't need and what I did need. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I had a laptop that was having some flickering and was unable to boot up. TechFIX had a very quick response time and was happy to help me over the weekend. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options as well as the pros and cons. They also broke down the costs, risks, and potential outcomes of different avenues. Highly recommend.
