Highly recommend! The repair work (from an accident) was super! My car is older (13yo) and they matched the paint perfectly. Could not ask for better work or staff.

The person on the phone is very pushy and impatient. Will not let you finish your sentences and express what is going on. My first time experience there was not great either. Everyone seems not friendly at all.

My front bumper and passenger side was messed up in an accident. My car looks brand new again.Eric and co. did a great job keeping me updated with the process.The only downside was it took over a month for 3D to be able to work on my car.It seems it was worth the wait. As you can see, they did great job ?

Ugh. I hated to love to come here…because really, why else would you go to a body shop…I wasn’t getting Botox for me- not that kind of “body shop”. But everyone here was very nice and great to work with. Fingers crossed I can get my car back as good as new, but so far- these guys are really good. Great to work with and great customer service. Highly recommended.Update July 2023.Well, my suspicions were correct, these guys are awesome…constant communication, progress updates, great customer service. Highly recommend…my car looks better than new !!

We saw our car at the Haverford location. Unfortunately, because they do not have a lift, they will have to transport our car to another location to be able to work on it.

They did a WONDERFUL JOB on my car. My car came out looking new. The repair was timely, they kept me informed, and my car looks great. If I ever needed body work again, I am definitely going back to them. (Prayerfully, I won't need them again). I made the error to follow the insurance company suggestion to use these people and they did not do their job they did what they say is what they were paid for .... They made the estimate and only claim HALF of what was supposed to been done what kind of a body shop only paints ONE SIDE OF A BUMPER ??? That's absolutely OUTRAGEOUS !!! Especially when they pulled ( allegedly) the whole bumper ????? Makes NO SENSE..... And they took 13 days to do this job ???? Cmon this is not my 1st time with bodywork but I guarantee it will be my LAST TIME dealing with 3D auto body in BRYN MAWR PA... The girl in front didn't even remember me nor was her disposition very nice!!!Services: Body & Trim
