“I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.
During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.
When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.
I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. If you are looking for a reputable Collision Center whose reputation and work are beyond reproach, look no further than 3D; you won't be disappointed, Their work is outstanding.
3D Collision Centers in Wayne has a complete roster of dedicated, hard-working customer service reps and techs. Rob Mestichelli is a tremendous asset to this organization. His office colleague, Jeff Swarz, is also a very friendly and helpful representative of this extraordinary organization.

“Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”

This is a family owned customer oriented shop with excellent credentials. Don & his team are exceedingly informative & friendly.
Guldner’s was half the price of Caliber Collision (who did shoddy work on a previous vehicle). This type of repair takes a lot of time due to the nature of the work. Dons team worked to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. You could not tell that the truck had been damaged at all. Paint match was perfect and Don also removed a tiny ding in my door and covered a deep ugly scratch. When I picked up my truck it was shining (I left it covered in mud) inside & out. They even scrubbed my floor mats!
This is the type of old fashioned customer service that is nearly impossible to find today.
Kudos to yourself & your team Don. I could not need be happier & will never use any other shop.

Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. Khan above all from when i took vehicle in to the repairs getting completed as if its a new purchase from dealership has left me in awe. Congrats to him and team. “I have been taking my 2016 LR Discovery Sport to Mainline JLR for years now. Their team is honest. They are professional and have always done an amazing job. I’ve had to have recommended things on my vehicle replaced, that I replaced myself: they were always spot on and honest with what was needed to be replaced/repaired. My LR has 138K miles. I’ve had some issues within those miles (mostly stemming from a tank of bad fuel that caused some issues). Otherwise normal wear and tear and I’ve always had an amazing experience when working with the JLR Mainline Team. Cannot say more wonderful things. Highly recommend Team JLR Mainline if you have a Land Rover or Jaguar in need of service. Wonderful and professional!”
