First time using Haverford Auto Center today. They were a friendly, comfortable place, didn't try to sell me any services I didn't currently need but did tell me what I need to get checked in the near future, and my car is very happy and no longer creaking like a dried-out husk. The place seems having new owner now and service quality is below standard . Recently, I took my car in for a simple tire nail fix. The person said he is busy and asked me to come back any time next morning. When I called next morning before 10 am, the same person said he was busy again and I should take the car in the first thing in the morning. I reminded him that he was the one who told me day before I could come in any time in the morning. He simply would not honor his words.I had my tires fixed in this shop many times before. The prevous crews alway responded immediately and cordually. I gave it a well deserved five star. I am changing my ratingto reflect the new situation.
