I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and I knew I needed to make a life change ASAP! I came across Main Line Total Fitness and called them and had the pleasure to speaking with Ed (owner). Immediately I knew this is where I belonged. Ed told me to come in that day and he along with Tray (Trainer) got me set up with a plan that was conducive to my condition and schedule. I’ve been here for two weeks and loss body fat and gained muscle which has decreased the inflammation in my body! I feel stronger and I feel supported here. This club cares about their people. I feel blessed to be here and I am excited to see my health journey into the new year.

I'm 70 and a firefighter. I was following a self-directed training regimin at another club that wasn't making enough of a difference. I then heard about MLTF. Ed, the owner, tested various body parameters and then walked me through a comprehensive plan that I find easier to follow and it's getting better results. I am putting on more muscle and strengthening my respiratory system and heart. The place is inclusive and the equipment is excellent. I'm happy to have found it.

Main Line Total Fitness is an ideal personal training gym. Ed and Tray are thoughtful and purposeful in their approach to fitness and building strength and mobility. The facility is spotless and inviting. The equipment is high end and truly industry leading. And they are stocked with healthy snack and energy drinks at all times for members! I’m 46 years old and in good shape but looking to build muscle and improve my cardio. I’m also recovering from a torn ACL repair. Ed and Tray took all of that into consideration and built a plan specifically for my needs. There’s a method to everything they teach and train and I’m very happy with all aspects of my membership.

I’ve had such an amazing experience since I’ve been with them since August 2023. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and built confidence pushing my body-without pain. Tray and Ed are motivating and understanding. They walk you through a routine to help you meet your goals and make adjustments when you are ready. I really enjoy going coming here!

Since I became a member they have helped me build strength and aerobic fitness. I have a shoulder injury and I am able to exercise without feeling pain. I have had a great experience!

Love this Gym! Ed and his staff were given a 12 weekend deadline to get me in shape for my beauty pageant! Not only did they make it they went above and beyond. I look and feel great, and everyone as noticed. I am so happy with my results. Thank you so much!!

Great equipments! The owner Ed has a fitness program that really works and will help you understand how to make it work best for you.Wanted to add a follow up, Ed’s system really works he has taught me toolkits that I can help incorporate into my fitness journey that is healthy and will not cause rebound. As a younger person in the gym, the method still works just as well for me, because it is all about being educated and understanding how our bodies work.

So happy we found this place. My friend had a stroke 12/2021, stopped PT/OT in October, and has been on a walker. With the program Ed designed for her, she was off the walker within a week, only using her cane. Now after being on the program three weeks, she can walk without her cane most of the time.He provides confidence and positive energy, but meets her where she is and never requires her to do anything. She is in charge. He blends mind, body and spirit very well. I highly recommend this program to all.Tra has also been very helpful and encouraging.

This gym is a different type of place. For one, there are only two people who work there. For another, they don’t have to be there for you to workout, but it’s still secure- you enter with an app on your phone. The hours are really helpful for me as a working mom with a young kid. They’re open until 11 at night. It’s the perfect size, small enough to feel cozy but has everything you need for a good workout. Most times I’m there I am the only one there so it feels like my own private gym. The other members have a huge range in age and fitness level; it really feels like everyone is welcome, and everyone is friendly. Ed and Tray obviously really care about each client’s goals and individuality. They helped me figure out that I wasn’t seeing muscle gain or fat loss because of my protein intake (or lack thereof). They helped me find a healthy protein powder to add to a shake and suddenly my workouts were more effective. It was a total lightbulb moment. The membership prices are totally reasonable for what you’re getting, especially including the personal training sessions if you want them. They gamify progress by using heart rate monitors and offering discounts off membership dues if you meet certain goals. Definitely excited to keep going!

I am a 77 year-old male who suffered from serious breathing and mobility issues for more than a year. Ihave used a rolling walker and a cane while on oxygen 24/7 just to get around the house. I also haverehabilitative PT multiple times a week and see a variety of doctors to help with various medicalconditions.I started working with Ed Radlow of Main Line Total Fitness at my home on August 30 th , 2023 as arecommendation from my wife, who has worked successfully with Ed at his fitness center since 2019. Iwanted to be able to get around the house without oxygen or the walker and get up and down the stepsto get to the car but none of my existing doctors or other professionals were able to help me do so.When Ed first came to meet with me, he explained his Do What Fits System and how it can help peoplebetter “match” their capabilities with their environment using science. But he also explained that if hethought he could not help me reach my objectives, he would not take me on as a client as he did NOTwant to see me pay for something that wouldn’t happen.Well, because it is based on science, I started seeing results with the Do What Fits SystemIMMEDIATELY. And progress continues every session to this day! That’s because Ed was able to“connect the dots” between my PT and my doctors, which helped me develop my capabilities to betternegotiate my environment. Today, I get around the house more freely, WITHOUT OXYGEN AND JUSTMY CANE! I go down the steps and into the car, as the passenger OR the driver without pain or theoxygen. From Ed, I have learned the difference between “pain” and “discomfort” and that has enabledme to expand my own capabilities and limitations. I’m now able to sit, stand and go where and when Iwant, not just in the home but in the outside world so much better that even my PT recognized I wasmoving better and faster! Ed identified a significant strength imbalance between my right and left legthat my PT is going to help me address. He and Ed expect to do some strength training that, by the lateSpring, I expect will help open up greater possibilities for me, as well.To ANYONE with mobility issues or physical injuries that are holding you back, I highly recommend EdRadlow and Main Line Total Fitness. I have been training with both Tray and Ed for a few years now and they do an amazing job of making my workouts challenging but not impossible. They create workouts tailored to my personal needs and alter as needed. The gym is a welcoming and encouraging environment thanks to Ed and Tray!

After having my first child two years ago, I struggled to get back to a consistent fitness routine. Ed and Tray at MLTF have been a game changer. I’ve been working with them for about five months and feel so much better across every spectrum. I’ve lost weight and put on muscle, I’m sleeping better, and mentally feel more centered. Their “do what fits” philosophy is such a refreshing approach to fitness. It’s grounded in holistic wellness, not gimmicky fads focused only on the number on the scale (though that has been consistently going down for me!). As a result, their program is highly sustainable. I actually look forward to my workouts, knowing I’ll leave with a sense of accomplishment rather than feeling burned out. The facility itself is fantastic—clean, great mix of equipment, and lots of natural light. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming environment AND results, MLTF is the place.
