I visited the Mattress Firm in Haverford, PA on both Tuesday, 8/15/23 and Wednesday, 8/16/23. On both occasions I was assisted by Alex, who was extremely helpful and expertly walked me through the various options before me. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with; will definitely visit this location again if a need arises.

The friendliest, most helpfulSalesman I’ve ever dealt with in my almost 90 years made my shopping experience a very pleasant one.And when there was a height issue with my new wonderfulTempurdic mattress, he came to my home and spent 45 minutes UNDER my bed to lower it with 6 new legs. Bought a bed here four years ago (I have a 10 year warranty) and they will not replace mattress. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone they just email you with the reasons why they will not replace. One of the reasons is because of staining which we did buy a mattress cover from them. Staining has nothing to do with the Integrity of the mattress.. They also denied our claims saying that the stand under the bed was ill-fitting however we bought the mattress and the stand that goes underneath it together. Will NEVER purchase another product here.
