I am a repeat client who has been working with Rosie for the past 2-3 years. She is very communicative, responsive, and loving pet sitter! She has a spacious and pet-friendly house and open back yard. Would highly recommend her services for anyone in the area looking for pet care.

I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020.I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in!She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3

I’m not usually a public review person, but after seeing the ONE terrible review about Rosie and her dog care, I feel overwhelmingly compelled to respond!IGNORE THE BAD REVIEW! IT MUST HAVE BEEN MADE BY A TROLL!!My husband and I have had 2 Labrador Retrievers over the years, and each one has stayed with Rosie when we go on vacation or visit family. I volunteer at our local dog shelter, so I’m very particular with the way dogs are cared for, and Rosie is phenomenal! Her lovely demeanor and compassion for the dogs in her care is over the top! Our babies always love going to her, and always come home with happy tails! When we pick them up, they seem like they’d rather stay with her! lol! We KNOW that our dogs are loved and cared for as part of her family when we leave them with her!As for damages they might incur to her home, we would expect to pay for it! Like children, DOGS WILL BE DOGS! This is a private home folks, so unless you’d rather have your dog in a kennel, we have zero problem making amends for any damage our dogs created! We also know that Rosie is honest, and would never blame our dogs for something they didn’t do! They are guests in her home, and I would expect the same courtesy from doggie guests in OUR home for damage to expensive items! We adore Rosie, and as long as we have a fur baby, we will always let them stay in her care when we’re away!!!??❣️

We have been using Rosie for the past two years to board our two little dogs when we go away. Its difficult for me to part with the little ones, but I know I am leaving them in loving and safe environment. She keeps in touch with us during their stay and provides pictures of the dogs cozying up to the other dogs in her care. Wouldn't trust our dogs with anyone else.

Rosie has cared for and loved our two dogs since they were born. She provides a warm and welcoming environment; is engaged with the dogs; communicates consistently; and brings positive energy, flexibility and professionalism to all that she does!

Horrible horrible experience - STAY AWAY! I trusted my dog to Rosie's care and then received a message mid-vacation that my dog had allegedly chewed on a retainer that Rosie had carelessly left out while watching five other dogs. I might not have given the request a second thought but for the fact that I knew Rosie had recently made a client pay her $1,000 for a new dental device that her client's dog allegedly chewed while in Rosie's care. Furthermore, the picture sent to me of the chewed retainer had no time stamp, unlike the other photos Rosie had sent me of my dog during his stay. I was then basically extorted to pay her in full for the entire length of the visit and for the cost of a new retainer before being allowed to have my dog picked up early. It was bad enough to not receive even a hint of remorse from Rosie or an acknowledgement that she bore some share of the responsibility, but even worse to find a chewed retainer in the bag of the returned dog food. Rosie behaved in a vengeful, spiteful and entitled fashion - DO NOT entrust your dog with her care. Furthermore, Rosie emailed all of my work colleagues in an attempt to have this review taken down. Please be sure to ask Rosie for copies of her insurance certificates and her kennel license.

Lulu is always so happy when she stays at Rosie's. We love getting pictures and it's comforting to know that Lulu is safe, happy and well cared for when we are away.

Rosie takes great care of our dog Jack. He never wants to leave when we go to pick him up. She sends pictures and is always a great communicator. I’m so glad we found her. Highly recommend!

Rosie took care of our dog while I was in labor with our human baby, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience! In addition to clearly being a very loving, welcoming environment for our dog, Rosie was flexible with our unpredictable schedule, communicative, and conveniently located between our home in Philly and the birth center in Bryn Mawr. She even dressed our dog’s leash with celebratory ribbons when it was time to come home and meet his new human sibling! Lots of sweet attention to detail. Highly recommend!
