This store is gorgeous and the staff couldn't be nicer! I walked in after having brunch nearby and couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. I was with my mother who was visiting from out of town and we chatted to a few of the salespeople on the floor. They were super welcoming and kind without being overbearing or pushy. The vibe is super cozy and casual but definitely high end. Love this store!!

I have been here three times and each time received helpful, friendly, and attentive service. The store itself is beautifully decorated and nicely laid out. I won’t hesitate to shop here again to purchase home decor accents or order furniture.

I went in to buy a gift card about a month ago and they couldn’t have been nicer! I didn’t know what to expect after reading the previous reviews; but my experience couldn’t have been more positive

I went to this store and 2 women met my friend and I at the door. We didn't think they were going to let us in. The one woman was rude and wouldn't even address us. The other followed us around like we shouldn't be shopping there. You just lost out on a lot of business. Will not be going back.

Very small showroom with condescending retail associates. I wanted to buy a few items, but they weren’t knowledgable or helpful. Save yourself the trip and just look it up on their website.

$100 flat rate shipping for “larger” items for example a runner rug, will not ship to any store for customer to pick up. Very unhelpful customer service.

Products look nice and are of decent quality. Shopping experience is a bit uncomfortable given how uptight the staff is. Also the back end systems they use our horrible so expect things to take awhile to order but that's a corporate issue.
