The customer service here sucks! I live out of town, and my wallet was stolen, I’m originally from Philadelphia and they were very nasty, Cut and dry about not helping me. Ethel was not nice AT ALL! After going back and forth with Michelle (manager) I had to get someone from another branch that knew me to vouch for me just so that she would help me. SMH. TD bank was so much nicer!

Great customer service, I was a Bryn Mawr Trust customer for many years and the staff at this location have been wonderful and very helpful to work with.

Zero stars for this Corporation. One of their employees assured me he would lift the dormant status on my account so that the funds would not be escheated to the state. I dont know if he lied on purpose or is wholly incompetent, but he did not lift the dormancy and now I have to track down the funds with the state. Not only is this a case of malfeasance, but the employees I spoke with today had no phone number/email/contact information of any kind available to help me track down the money they lost. I would never entrust my money here and the fact that they have billions under their authority should be scary to anyone who wants to do any kind of banking with them. They will actively lose your money and leave you to deal with the repercussions of their inability to do their basic job demands.

The people here have no idea how bank systems work AT ALL, especially their “senior manager” who has worked in banks for “23 years” lol. I came to deposit a check that was dated for the next day which if they knew how to do their jobs they would have put it in and sent me on my way. Instead, the old half alive woman behind the window told me there was nothing she could do despite me doing this many, many other times at this exact location. To prove a point I drove 30 minutes to the next location in Landsdowne where they happily deposited my check for me and sent me on my way with a receipt and a thank you sir!!!! I usually never have a problem here but that fact that these people making a large sum on money on their salary cant do a simple task makes me want to vomit. We cant keep paying these people in these positions who have absolutely 0 skills besides eating and breathing. Get a new profession and save everyone the headache!!!!!

I’ve been a customer of this bank since it has opened. Wonderful people work here and treat customers like they are part of the family, including your four-legged friends. That’s what your neighborhood bank should feel like thank you again for being a part of our community as well

Very small unorganized and unprofessional bank . They don't have dispute departments. Not fraud if happened to you they will send you to 3rd party . I will not recommend this bank a disappointing a Stay away

Good afternoon to my Yelp Family!!! I used to patronize this bank before it was changed to WSFS. WSFS used to be Beneficial Bank, until it merged with Beneficial Bank. I was a patron of Beneficial Bank for years and then I decided to drop my patronage because of some poor customer service. I decided to go back to WSFS because my mom is a customer and she has been a customer since Beneficial Bank changed over to WSFS Bank. My favorite customer associate there is Loretta. Loretta is nice and friendly. Loretta always goes the extra mile above and beyond. Loretta always has a warm smile whenever my mom and I visit. The branch is a pretty decent size and they sometimes have coffee and refreshments for their consistent customers. WSFS has an ample parking lot and it is neighbor to Swiss Stores, and Poppi's Restaurant plus some Chinese spots are in the next shopping center over. Havertown is a convenient area to shop as well as centrally located. It is easy to find in a pretty nice area and location. Okay Yelp Folks, til next review!!!!

I guess this branch will only go above and beyond for the people that is their choice of color. I went to cash a check the representative that assisted me didn't care to greet me but was more than willing to help and greet the customer before me. As soon as I walked up to her with a paycheck she immediately started whispering to the lady next to her and then decided she wanted to check my paycheck to make sure it's real. I'm sure if I looked like her I wouldn't of had to deal with what I feel is discrimination. I was interested in opening an account since this is my employers main bank but I will not be going back to any of their branches. I wish I would have gotten the woman's name who helped me but I can say she was a white woman with glasses.

I can't believe this bank is allowed to do business in the USA they were a big part of the sub prime mortgages and threw many people out of their homes with bad high interest loans, they are part of the HSBC Bank corp one of the largest crooks in the world, I hope your Bank collapse's, you don't deserve to be in business. A disgrace! If you work there check your conscience .
