Been coming here a few months and have had overall ok experiences… but most recently I was told “someone will take care of me later” with no time estimate and was waiting while they took other walk ins who came in later before they even looked at my nails 🫠😬 not very professional and won’t be coming back.

They do good work but they’re racist it’s that simple. If you’re a certain skin color they won’t greet you when you arrive, barely notice or speak to you, and won’t speak to you during your appointment. Rude comes to mind. Pearl and cedar nails are ran by the same people so you’ll run into the same problem. There’s too many nail salons in the area to deal with racism. It’s 2025.

Came in for a refill & pedicure was told one price over the phone but a different price in person. They had a nasty attitude & wasn’t very pleasant towards me and rushed doing my nails.Very disappointed would put Zero stars If that was an option.
