Again the pharmacy staff at CVS Havertown was friendly and helpful. When I asked for a record of my vaccinations I've had through all CVS's, I was immediately given help and the list What's printed for me.

if I could give it 0 I would. horrible customer service, went to get the photos I ordered for christmas presents, and they say the system is down, the women walks into the office with no apology and no help on what to do. If you ask for an email and cell phone number for the pictures, use one to contact them.

I did an online order for cards for Christmas for the same day on November 26th. Never got a confirmation that it was ready even though it was supposed to be same-day. I waited two days. I called and nobody ever did the pictures took them forever to figure out that they didn’t do them and they couldn’t find them but then they found them in the system. Some guy says this happens all the time here. I’m the only one who knows what to do and how to do them right. I will put them through. So then I get a confirmation email four days later saying that they’re ready. I called back and said please don’t get rid of them but I am now away for a week and will not be able to come back right away. They said don’t worry it’ll stay here the whole time. I just showed up to pick up my cards today and their system has been down forever they said. And they couldn’t find my cards. Then they couldn’t find somebody else’s cards that were there. Then a manager came out and whispered fervently to the employee and then he went away and let the employee yet again tell us how sorry she was but they can’t find the cards. That is not acceptable. The manager is spineless and should step up and talk to the customers instead of forcing their employee to have this conversation with us again. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and terrible apparently they can’t print cards even though they say they say they do.

This place is a joke since covid. Website says pharmacy is open until 10, I get there at 7 and it is closed. Went to the other one down the street and the line is ridiculous. They need to get thier act together and hire more people. Maybe Walgreens would be a better option.

Phone number goes to the worst phone tree system I’ve ever encountered. And the customer service inside the store is even worse. All around dysfunctional and inconvenient

When calling the pharmacy I am put on hold for approximately 20 minutes. I hung up today after a 30 minute wait. Management must address this problem.

Employees here don't stock shelves. Multiple items that arent available. This store has had Arizona Ice Teas for 3 months.

Tim, the manager, is a kind and caring soul. One can tell that he is a very dedicated manager, who is fair and incredibly knowledgeable.
